the overall experience is good. Price, support service and consistency.

Pros

willingness to listen to the customer and improve the product

Cons

There are no outstanding issues at the moment. The communication to signers needs to inform the sender if the recipient did not open the request. At times it is challenging to get the signature request through firewalls.

It's been very positive! Saves me so much more time.

Pros

BlueInk has made my job so much more efficient. I send several contracts a week in my profession and before BlueInk there was a lot of printing and scanning. With our office moving to a less paper/ more digital environment, my department has been able to reduce paper use as well as save so much more time. In addition, I receive the signed contracts back in a much timelier manner. Love it!

Cons

I haven't been able to erase some of the contacts created that were incorrect, have changed or are duplicates.

I don't remember the other two companies we considered; however the determining factor was the unlimited number of documents we could send. With the 25 - 100 documents we send a month, the other choices were not cost effective.

I have been using BlueInk for some time now to collect e-signatures from my clients & it is very helpful!

Pros

Makes my job much easier! Easy to use for myself & straightforward for my clients to use as well. Saves me a lot of time in my business.

Cons

I can't really think of any "cons" to using BlueInk at this time. It's really been nothing but "pros" in my opinion.

### "DO NOT USE BLUEINK"

After sale CS and onboarding is terrible. They take forever to get back to you with fixes and when they notify that the issue is resolved - it's not. The fix is worse than the original issue. Example: Selfie now does not allow for a selfie but must upload a document. UGH!!

Pros

Nothing yet. The upload of a document to turn in to a pdf is straight forward enough but the tab feature does not work correctly. It's all over the place and causes confusion.

Cons

Doesn't work as presented and when developers get involve to "fix" an issue - it's worse! So done waiting for them to fix the tab feature, the selfie feature and the pdf link feature.

Pros

I love the simplicity of Blueink; the system is very intuitive and user friendly. Using Blueink has really helped facilitate our business processes. And the price is much less than the competition, which is another plus.

Cons

I can't really think of any drawbacks to Blueink.

BlueInk is an excellent tool, easy to use and free from unnecessary complexities. If you're familiar with other major e-sign platforms, it might take a little time to adjust to BlueInk’s interface, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. My team and I are delighted with the service and the fair pricing.

Pros

Easy template setup, support is phenomenal, and the app keeps improving! Reasonably priced plans as well.

Cons

I am completely satisfied with the app. The BluInk team keeps improving the e-sign but keeps it simple.

Friendly user. It's so easy to send and getting back the reports and documents such as signed documents, rejected documents and other stuff.

Cons

There's nothing I can think of it. All of the features of BlueInk are very useful.

We are saving a lot of administrative time using BlueInk for the execution of our contracts and other documents. Our signers appreciate it as well as it saves them time and effort. BlueInk works as well as the more familiar brand of digital signature software out there and it costs much less. We are a small nonprofit with a small budget and are very pleased with the BlueInk features and pricing.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. The customer service has been great when we do have a question about a feature, but for the most part the software is intuitive and does not require a big learning curve.

Cons

The only feature we have found difficult for signers to use is the authentication piece.

I can get signatures from applicants who live long distances away without any effort or issues whatsoever. It save time and money with at lot less slow in person interactions and problems with people being unavailable during office hours as they can review and sign in their own time in their own homes 24 hours a day.

Pros

I love how easily this has made signing important documents for everyone so accessible, the help (when rarely needed) has been second to none and speedy. No hanging around for assistance. Keep doing what you are doing so well.

Cons

I'd like to be able to set my own defaults, like date formats and signature box sizes.

I've had very few glitches with Blue Ink and I've submitted thousands of docs for signature.

Pros

Works quickly and well almost every time. When I have had a very few glitches from time to time, I can chat with tech service immediately to solve my problem.

Cons

I wish the names for each document were spelled out in each document name.

I like BlueInk, it is easy to use. I would recommend this product.

Pros

I like the simplicity. Very easy to use.

Cons

I do not like that it does not take word documents. I do not like the filtering; I would prefer for it to also filter by name and not only by status. Also, I would prefer that all the documents would be displayed at the same time and not have to click on pages, such as to go to the 2nd or 3rd page.

My experience with Blueink has been exceptional in comparison to other products I've tried.

Pros

Blueink is intuitive and easy to use. I especially like being able to send out multiparty documents and see when they have been signed. This is especially helpful for online meetings and for documentation purposes.

Cons

The process for sending email messages with the documents is complicated. I would like to be able to message parents and team members individually when I send a multiparty document.

BlueInk has made everyone involved with my department's job a little bit easier.

Pros

People being able to sign using their mobile phones. The product is the most user friendly of the ones that I have reviewed with different sales people.

Cons

The only con is that the program does not notify you when all signatures have been obtained. Sometimes we get busy and forget to check ourselves.

Reason for choosing BlueInk

It has the functions we needed, it's easy to use and BlueInk's price beat the others by so much that it would have been sinfully wasteful with the district's money to choose another program.

Blueink has been a very beneficial tool for our office. We no longer have to depend on children bringing paperwork back to us. It can be emailed and we are able to check to see if it was completed. No lost or missing paperwork!

Pros

Since COVID many parents prefer to teleconference for a meeting instead of attending in person. Prior to using Blueink, the documents would have been mailed or sent home with students and we waited for them to return or had to send them over and over again. Blueink makes this process so much easier. It is easy to use, can be sent by text or email, maintains data, and provides options for multiple signers of documents. I love it.!

Cons

I want the forms to be listed as they are signed in the order they are coming in. It is difficult to remember which ones you are waiting on when they are all filed back to the date on which they were sent. It would be much easier to keep up with the most recent ones signed if they were listed that way.

We are able to execute contracts easily and fill our units . Our contracts are highly specialized because of offering student housing so customization is key.

Pros

The features I like most about blue ink are that i can finalize contracts from anywhere and my client can be anywhere. I am not tied to my office and business can move forward 24 hours a day.I like that my template can be created personalized to our needs. I also enjoy the update seminars and that they are distributed online.

Cons

I joined Blue Ink when it was first starting and creating templates was free by customer service. Recently i called for help building a new template and was told it would be a $150 cost. i was able to figure out creating the template myself but it took some time.

Pros

This product has all the features I need to use almost daily with an attractive price point. It was easy to begin using this product as opposed to my previous product. Very pleased!

Cons

Reaching Customer Service was a bit difficult, needed to submit message online and had no idea whether my ticket was received. Issue resolved so all is well but it would have been nice to have some tracking on it.

Pros

Mobile feature to sign. It is so much faster to send a link and have the patient sign on the spot.

Cons

it should have a notification for when text message bounces back. Ex: non working mobile # or if we are using a land line number
