Pros willingness to listen to the customer and improve the product Cons There are no outstanding issues at the moment. The communication to signers needs to inform the sender if the recipient did not open the request. At times it is challenging to get the signature request through firewalls. Reason for choosing BlueInk Price and features, particularly the audit trail. Pros BlueInk has made my job so much more efficient. I send several contracts a week in my profession and before BlueInk there was a lot of printing and scanning. With our office moving to a less paper/ more digital environment, my department has been able to reduce paper use as well as save so much more time. In addition, I receive the signed contracts back in a much timelier manner. Love it! Cons I haven't been able to erase some of the contacts created that were incorrect, have changed or are duplicates. They take forever to get back to you with fixes and when they notify that the issue is resolved - it's not. The fix is worse than the original issue. Example: Selfie now does not allow for a selfie but must upload a document. UGH!! Pros Nothing yet. The upload of a document to turn in to a pdf is straight forward enough but the tab feature does not work correctly. It's all over the place and causes confusion. Cons Doesn't work as presented and when developers get involve to "fix" an issue - it's worse! So done waiting for them to fix the tab feature, the selfie feature and the pdf link feature. And the price is much less than the competition, which is another plus. Cons I can't really think of any drawbacks to Blueink. If you're familiar with other major e-sign platforms, it might take a little time to adjust to BlueInk’s interface, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. My team and I are delighted with the service and the fair pricing. Pros Easy template setup, support is phenomenal, and the app keeps improving! Reasonably priced plans as well. Cons I am completely satisfied with the app. The BluInk team keeps improving the e-sign but keeps it simple. It's very useful for many of my clients that have access to cellphones but not computers in getting documents signed. Pros Templates are easy to use and set up. I also like that I can send documents to be signed to a cellphone number. Cons I don't like that I can't name my bundles so that I know what matter the document relates to when I'm notified. Without this program, we would still likely be mailing many of our documents home with pre-stamped return envelopes. This process often would take weeks to receive a signed document back. With Blueink we see results in a day. Pros BlueInk permits us the ability to work more seamlessly as a school district which ensuring we're obtaining the necessary signatures on a daily basis and staying within our mandated timelines. Cons There is no notification via email to the initiating user that the parties have completed/signed the document. Our signers appreciate it as well as it saves them time and effort. BlueInk works as well as the more familiar brand of digital signature software out there and it costs much less. We are a small nonprofit with a small budget and are very pleased with the BlueInk features and pricing. Pros The product is very easy to use. The customer service has been great when we do have a question about a feature, but for the most part the software is intuitive and does not require a big learning curve. Cons The only feature we have found difficult for signers to use is the authentication piece. " May 23, 2022 5.0 I can get signatures from applicants who live long distances away without any effort or issues whatsoever. It save time and money with at lot less slow in person interactions and problems with people being unavailable during office hours as they can review and sign in their own time in their own homes 24 hours a day. Pros I love how easily this has made signing important documents for everyone so accessible, the help (when rarely needed) has been second to none and speedy. No hanging around for assistance. Keep doing what you are doing so well. Cons I'd like to be able to set my own defaults, like date formats and signature box sizes. With are last company we had to send individual documents which was much more costly. Our ecperience has been great. Pros Very impactful feature is the ease of bundling documents and ease of use. Cons I really at this time am not finding anything with Blueink that I do not like. We switched over from another company and had no issues implementing our current workflow with the resources that BlueInk offers. It is quick, secure, and offers everything that we need. Cons Two things I would suggest to change are--The ability to reoreder Document Templates so that they are in order of frequency of use (or whatever a person might choose) versus alphabetical.- The ability to delete contracts that went unsigned or were cancelled on our end. The product is the most user friendly of the ones that I have reviewed with different sales people. Cons The only con is that the program does not notify you when all signatures have been obtained. Sometimes we get busy and forget to check ourselves. Reason for choosing BlueInk It has the functions we needed, it's easy to use and BlueInk's price beat the others by so much that it would have been sinfully wasteful with the district's money to choose another program. BlueInk has changed how we do business -especially for educational documents that require parent signature. It saves time and ensures that everyone who needs to sign the document does. Pros This product is so easy to use and the fact that multiple people can sign at the same time makes it very functional in the world of education. Cons The only thing I don't like (and I actually think it is an email account issue) is that if I receive multiple items to sign they come stacked up in one email and it is hard to keep track of the documents and I worry that I missed one. Our contracts are highly specialized because of offering student housing so customization is key. Pros The features I like most about blue ink are that i can finalize contracts from anywhere and my client can be anywhere. I am not tied to my office and business can move forward 24 hours a day.I like that my template can be created personalized to our needs. I also enjoy the update seminars and that they are distributed online. Cons I joined Blue Ink when it was first starting and creating templates was free by customer service. Recently i called for help building a new template and was told it would be a $150 cost. i was able to figure out creating the template myself but it took some time.
