Pros willingness to listen to the customer and improve the product Cons There are no outstanding issues at the moment. The communication to signers needs to inform the sender if the recipient did not open the request. At times it is challenging to get the signature request through firewalls. Reason for choosing BlueInk Price and features, particularly the audit trail. Pros BlueInk has made my job so much more efficient. I send several contracts a week in my profession and before BlueInk there was a lot of printing and scanning. With our office moving to a less paper/ more digital environment, my department has been able to reduce paper use as well as save so much more time. In addition, I receive the signed contracts back in a much timelier manner. Love it! Cons I haven't been able to erase some of the contacts created that were incorrect, have changed or are duplicates. They take forever to get back to you with fixes and when they notify that the issue is resolved - it's not. The fix is worse than the original issue. Example: Selfie now does not allow for a selfie but must upload a document. UGH!! Pros Nothing yet. The upload of a document to turn in to a pdf is straight forward enough but the tab feature does not work correctly. It's all over the place and causes confusion. Cons Doesn't work as presented and when developers get involve to "fix" an issue - it's worse! So done waiting for them to fix the tab feature, the selfie feature and the pdf link feature. Pros I love the simplicity of Blueink; the system is very intuitive and user friendly. Using Blueink has really helped facilitate our business processes. And the price is much less than the competition, which is another plus. Cons I can't really think of any drawbacks to Blueink. If you're familiar with other major e-sign platforms, it might take a little time to adjust to BlueInk’s interface, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. My team and I are delighted with the service and the fair pricing. Pros Easy template setup, support is phenomenal, and the app keeps improving! Reasonably priced plans as well. Cons I am completely satisfied with the app. The BluInk team keeps improving the e-sign but keeps it simple. It's very useful for many of my clients that have access to cellphones but not computers in getting documents signed. Pros Templates are easy to use and set up. I also like that I can send documents to be signed to a cellphone number. Cons I don't like that I can't name my bundles so that I know what matter the document relates to when I'm notified. I love how they are alike, but BlueInk is way more user friendly. I never have to worry if I'm doing something incorrectly or not. I love how easy it is to save documents once they are signed, and how easy it is for my residents to view and sign. Cons There are only two things that irk me about the software, the amount of documents allowed per tier. If there is already a bundle limit why limit the amount of documents? The only other item that makes things a bit difficult is the ease of being able to edit a document once it has been uploaded. I feel that like DocuSign there should be a function where you should be able to add text boxes Reason for choosing BlueInk We integrate Docusign still with the other properties that we have, as we can customize the uploaded documents more. Blue Ink has allowed me to ensure I can easily get all the required signatures in a timely manner. This has also allowed us to continue to offer parents the option of not having to come to the school for a meeting, which they have indicated works best for them. Cons This may have been changed since I last needed it, but I do wish there was an option to change from portrait to landscape before sending a document. I've had no other issues that I haven't either been able to easily figure out or explained to me by BlueInk's customer service team.
