I am piloting it to see if we should consider a district license. Pros I love the simplicity that BlueInk provides. I am in education and using BlueInk has saved a ton of time with permissions slips, handbooks, etc. Cons I am not totally sure how to go about asking a question or getting support when I am stuck! They denied me this request and said I must notify them 30 days in advance. Obviously they do not put the customer first and just want your money Pros Cheaper alternative to competitors like DocuSign. Cons No ID verification; it doesn't actually work. The user can use a photo of anything. Also no app support is a major disadvantage. Pros Works quickly and well almost every time. When I have had a very few glitches from time to time, I can chat with tech service immediately to solve my problem. I needed to get a signature of a parent who is currently going through chemo. I had planned on going to her home to get the signature as it was too hard for her to get out. I remembered the Free Trial offer I has seen and in less than 5 minutes I had signed up for the trial, scanned and texted my first documet. She was able to sign it from her phone without even getting up! The BEST decidion I have made all year was to purchase this service. Pros It was so easy to use on both my end and on the signers side Cons The only thing to say here is - That I did not discover it sooner! Review Source SW Shannon W. August 8, 2023 5.0 We switched to BlueInk last year after receiving poor customer service from another leading company. We've been very pleased with the switch. BlueInk is easy to use and was almost half the cost of our previous document signing platform. Customer service has always been very responsive and helpful as well. Pros BlueInk is simple to use and makes it easy for us to collect documents from our employees and business partners. Cons Ideally, I'd like to be able to use word documents on BlueInk instead of PDFs to make it easier to edit. Any questions we have were answered in a timely manner. The entire product is great! Pros We love how easy BlueInk is to use! We switched over from another company and had no issues implementing our current workflow with the resources that BlueInk offers. It is quick, secure, and offers everything that we need. Cons Two things I would suggest to change are--The ability to reoreder Document Templates so that they are in order of frequency of use (or whatever a person might choose) versus alphabetical.- The ability to delete contracts that went unsigned or were cancelled on our end. Billing Speciailiast Consumer Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Daily User of 5-6 months " August 16, 2023 5.0 Invoices come back signed faster when someone signs up for the text option instead of the email. If the client is able to access the email, it seems to be more user friendly Pros The feature I like the most is the ability to send it to a cell phone and client's that are on the go or can't get the email to come through receive and sign instantly. Cons The template that we used wasn't able to be communicated to our system so we had to get an expert to come in and work on it for us. I would look into having multiple template options. Also, not being able to edit a bundle after it's been sent without copying the bundle and resending then having to delete the old one. Reason for choosing BlueInk The price, reviews and the features. " December 28, 2022 5.0 Blueink is not just an e-signature application. We've been delighted to learn that Blueink is an exceptional communications tool that will continue to help us stay in contact with our customers and provide education as we keep their needs updated. The Blueink platform is unobtrusive and since there is so much flexibility with gentle reminders, we haven't encountered a single customer who has felt inconvenienced by looking at a short message on their phone or email and quickly completing it for their own benefit... or ours Pros The most important highlight for our organization is the flexibility it provides for our clients. They aren't forced to use a computer or complete the documents after creating secure passwords. They simply receive the documents on the platform that works best for them. The software guides them directly to the sections they are tasked to complete and once completed, they "finish" their part of the process and then, once everything is complete, they're presented with their copy which they store in a format and in space they are already familiar with Cons The only thing we didn't like about the Blueink platform was that we didn't completely realize how flexible it was and we made changes to self made templates we had already sent out in order to make them flow more easily and offer more explanations for our customers. Even though some customers received what appeared to be a similar form multiple times, they all appreciated the clarity and the ease of completing the forms multiple times. I have told all of my colleagues about this program and am excited to present on it in the future; as it is a truly perfect fit for Work-Based Learning and Youth Apprenticeship Coordinators in Georgia! Pros Aside from the security and authentication features which are essential for a digital signature platform...the most important feature to me was the ability to send documents in bulk. I operate a large program of 200+ students a semester. Each student is required to have paperwork signed by three separate parties. Being able to send these documents in bulk saved me weeks of work. Cons I would like to see a more robust file management system on the back end for users/administrators. It would be great to be able to customize the way files are stored and organized in the dashboard. Specifically, being able to move completed files to another location so you can more directly monitor in-progress files. Pros Simple to use, worth the price, would buy it again. Cons Document management is done by date and not document name. Also, the "add field" list does not stay put when you scroll the document. So when you scroll down the document to find the correct location for the signature block, you have to then scroll back up, click correct field box, scroll back down to correct location, click again to set the box. It would be nice if that list was in a ribbon that did not move while you scroll the document.
