I wish that there was a search feature on the dashboard to find documents by recipients or signers.

My overall experience with Blueink is a satisfying one. Without this program, we would still likely be mailing many of our documents home with pre-stamped return envelopes. This process often would take weeks to receive a signed document back. With Blueink we see results in a day.

Pros

BlueInk permits us the ability to work more seamlessly as a school district which ensuring we're obtaining the necessary signatures on a daily basis and staying within our mandated timelines.

Cons

There is no notification via email to the initiating user that the parties have completed/signed the document.

The lack of space that was available for saving is what I would like to see increased.

My experience with Blueink has been exceptional in comparison to other products I've tried.

Pros

Blueink is intuitive and easy to use. I especially like being able to send out multiparty documents and see when they have been signed. This is especially helpful for online meetings and for documentation purposes.

Cons

The process for sending email messages with the documents is complicated. I would like to be able to message parents and team members individually when I send a multiparty document.

Our experience has been great from start to finish. Adoption of the product has been easy for everyone and we will continue using it. I would encourage others to start using Blueink right away!

Pros

As an actual user of BlueInk eSignatures, I cannot praise this software enough! It has truly revolutionized how we handle document signing in our company. The user interface is so intuitive and easy to navigate that even the least tech-savvy members of our team have adapted quickly. Creating and sending out documents for signature is a breeze, saving us precious time and resources. What sets BlueInk apart is the top-notch security features, giving us peace of mind that our transactions are protected. We love how seamlessly it integrates with our existing tools like Google Drive and Salesforce, making our workflow even smoother. Whenever we've had questions, their customer support team has been nothing short of outstanding. BlueInk eSignatures has been a game-changer for us, and I can't recommend it enough to any business in need of a reliable and efficient e-signature solution!

BlueInk eSignatures has no cons; in my experience it's a flawless solution for seamless and secure document signing.

Human Resources had a bumpy start with BlueInk due to the representative. However, upon receiving a new Account Representative the experience has been extremely positive. The new Account Rep has been incredibly helpful, quick to respond to questions and concerns alike.

Pros

Due to the necessity of a number of signatures (authenticated) required to obtain in Human Resources BlueInk will streamline our processes to ensure that all the required paperwork is collected in a timely manner with the proper signature.

Cons

As we just began using BlueInk we have not found anything that is to dislike about it. So far it has been very helpful.

You guys have been solid anytime we've needed anything any questions answered they've been there and got them answers for us quickly and timely !

Pros

It's easy to use. Easy to train people to use. And fast to get signatures done

Cons

Well in the beginning it didn't have the type feature for signatures so it made it a little difficult on people to see their name clearly he did not like that!

Blueink has been a very beneficial tool for our office. We no longer have to depend on children bringing paperwork back to us. It can be emailed and we are able to check to see if it was completed. No lost or missing paperwork!

Pros

Since COVID many parents prefer to teleconference for a meeting instead of attending in person. Prior to using Blueink, the documents would have been mailed or sent home with students and we waited for them to return or had to send them over and over again. Blueink makes this process so much easier. It is easy to use, can be sent by text or email, maintains data, and provides options for multiple signers of documents. I love it.!

Cons

I want the forms to be listed as they are signed in the order they are coming in. It is difficult to remember which ones you are waiting on when they are all filed back to the date on which they were sent. It would be much easier to keep up with the most recent ones signed if they were listed that way.

### "The Only Option for E-Signature"

Love it

Pros

Ease of use and functionality. I find that sending documents and making templates is very intuitive. I didn't have to learn anything new or think too hard to start using the product whatsoever. As you know this is important for anyone in finance as we prefer to keep our brains in the "off" position :)

Cons

I've had a couple insurance companies that only allow a certain few approved companies for their e-sign services. I find this annoying since BlueInk has all necessary certification features (and more than some of the approved options) but that's how the business world is sometimes!

GREAT! Easy to upload documents - easy to have others sign remotely just click and drag - Easy to train support staff to help in the process

Pros

East of use - trained my para to handle the sending and receiving of documents pretty quickly.

Cons

Don't really have any cons - I've used several different platforms and liked Blue Ink the best.

When we needed to have virtual meetings and to send an receive signatures on required documents, BlueInk was our answer. It has only improved and innovated since that time.

Pros

The ability to send documents to both text (SMS) and email has been a gamechanger.

Cons

BlueInk has continued to upgrade and innovate - I have had no "cons" at all.

### "Top Quality, Top Support, Top Integration"

We send many documents out that are both legal in nature and important to our ability to move forward with projects. On a few occasions we had to reach out to customer support and the experience was phenomenal. The people are kind, understanding and they get right to fixing the issue without making the problem more frustrating. I actually have started looking forward to working with their customer support team, which is definitely a first!

Pros

BlueInk was the best decision for our company in terms of pricing for the large volume of documents that our company sends out on a daily basis. The ease of use for our clients that had not yet used BlueInk was especially important, and it seems that the time frame between when the documents were sent, signed and then received back to us was faster than normal. Not sure how you do it BlueInk but our timeframes in-between decreased and we were able to move forward with projects faster than before.

Cons

Nothing at the moment, but I will get back to you if I find any.

Reason for choosing BlueInk

BlueInk was rated the second to Docusign; which I now feel is selling the company short of how amazing it really is.

### "Does what we need it to do for a reasonable price"

We are saving a lot of administrative time using BlueInk for the execution of our contracts and other documents. Our signers appreciate it as well as it saves them time and effort. BlueInk works as well as the more familiar brand of digital signature software out there and it costs much less. We are a small nonprofit with a small budget and are very pleased with the BlueInk features and pricing.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. The customer service has been great when we do have a question about a feature, but for the most part the software is intuitive and does not require a big learning curve.

Cons

The only feature we have found difficult for signers to use is the authentication piece.

We've been very happy

Pros

I've been using DocuSign for years... I love how they are alike, but BlueInk is way more user friendly. I never have to worry if I'm doing something incorrectly or not. I love how easy it is to save documents once they are signed, and how easy it is for my residents to view and sign.

Cons

There are only two things that irk me about the software, the amount of documents allowed per tier. If there is already a bundle limit why limit the amount of documents? The only other item that makes things a bit difficult is the ease of being able to edit a document once it has been uploaded. I feel that like DocuSign there should be a function where you should be able to add text boxes

Reason for choosing BlueInk

We integrate Docusign still with the other properties that we have, as we can customize the uploaded documents more.

I can get signatures from applicants who live long distances away without any effort or issues whatsoever. It save time and money with at lot less slow in person interactions and problems with people being unavailable during office hours as they can review and sign in their own time in their own homes 24 hours a day.

Pros

I love how easily this has made signing important documents for everyone so accessible, the help (when rarely needed) has been second to none and speedy. No hanging around for assistance. Keep doing what you are doing so well.

Cons

I'd like to be able to set my own defaults, like date formats and signature box sizes.

Pros

Special education requires a number of signatures on various documents. Blue Ink has allowed me to ensure I can easily get all the required signatures in a timely manner. This has also allowed us to continue to offer parents the option of not having to come to the school for a meeting, which they have indicated works best for them.

Cons

This may have been changed since I last needed it, but I do wish there was an option to change from portrait to landscape before sending a document. I've had no other issues that I haven't either been able to easily figure out or explained to me by BlueInk's customer service team.

The bussiness problem we have solved is sending document in a bundle. With are last company we had to send individual documents which was much more costly. Our ecperience has been great.

Pros

Very impactful feature is the ease of bundling documents and ease of use.

I really at this time am not finding anything with Blueink that I do not like.

Pros

This product has all the features I need to use almost daily with an attractive price point. It was easy to begin using this product as opposed to my previous product. Very pleased!

Cons

Reaching Customer Service was a bit difficult, needed to submit message online and had no idea whether my ticket was received. Issue resolved so all is well but it would have been nice to have some tracking on it.
