We started using it during COVID closures and it has seamlessly transitioned to our post-covid meetings. I use it all the time and it helps so much with efficiency and compliance.

Pros

It is easy to learn and use. Very convenient for getting documents signed when meeting participants are located in different places.

Cons

I would like to have the option for an either/or check box. Where the user has to choose one or the other. When we put a checkbox option on our documents, signers often do not check either.

Positive, positive, positive

Pros

Being able to gather signatures of team members in different places, at different times id a life saver for a team leader responsible for those documents. It was easy for my school to use and for most of the parents of my students.

Cons

It meets my needs thus far. I like to share documents with Blue Ink and I like the testing component as well.

Pros

Owning a construction company that uses electronic signatures almost daily for invoices and contracts we have found that BlueInk is the best of the best. Super easy to use and very easy to navigate through. Blows the competition out of the water. We started with docusign a couple years ago and only had problems. BlueInk has done nothing but solve those problem by making things easy for our customers.

Cons

In the 2 yrs we have used blue ink we have yet to have any problems or find anything that we can criticize. Our customers are happy and always tell us how easy the software is to use!

From the very beginning of the process, BlueInk has been flawless. The customer services has been phenomenal. The transition into using the software was very easy and quick. The software is very user friendly. We love BlueInk.

Pros

BlueInk is very user friendly for teachers and parents. The ease of use and the time saving features have made BlueInk an integral part of our processes for completing Individualized Education Plans and conducting meetings with parents.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints at all about the software.

Fantastic. Use it for on boarding documents, contracts, in office and HR forms, etc.

Pros

Unbelievable product. Simplified my business operations. Helped us “go green” and move to a paperless format. No messy files and things are completed way quicker this way versus competitors, as well as the paper and pen approach. Simplification is a great word to use. The support for this product is also great. I’ve gotten quick help, anytime I’ve needed. Can’t say enough about this! Also— I really like the certificate of completion. Really cool tool to have available.

Cons

I truly have no complaints. If you’re considering Thai product..... stop! Just get it and save yourself even more time!

There are times that I don't receive a confirmation email that the documents have been completed so I have to periodically check the website to make sure I didn't miss any important documents.

It is very user friendly to set up documents to be signed. It has been very easy to explain to all parties how to complete their signatures and submit the document. This has been a great way to get a large group of people to all sign the same document.

From the initial inquiry to the onboarding and training, the staff have been terrific. Everyone I have worked with has been very knowledgable of the product and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and had solutions for all my concerns. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process.

Pros

This eSignature solution is very user firendly and the customer service is exceptional.

Cons

I am a new admin/user and I have no complaints at all.

A great product. Eas of use and being able to contact a customer service rep 24/7 is great.

Pros

This software was easy for our teachers to learn and start using right away. As the administrator of the software that made my job easy.

Cons

If a teacher didn't log in within a certain time frame I would need to resend them the invite. Teachers found this frustrating because they would have to wait until I was available.

Reason for choosing BlueInk

Most if not all were cost-prohibitive for our school district.

I use this for signatures on legal documents related to Special Education. I like it more than DocuSign since it is more user friendly.

Pros

I think that this software is super easy to use. It clearly prompts for the next steps. I also really like the mobile signing function.

Cons

I do not have at this time. You have made it easier to print docs that have been partially signed to obtain hard copy signatures in addition to the digital signatures, which was my only issue.

BlueInk has made my paperwork cleaner. For example, during Covid Shut Downs I was still responsible for conducting meetings and getting signatures for my special education paper work. Trying to use the mail system to get paperwork back and forth was a nightmare. BlueInk simplified that for our district and all paperwork was signed in a timely manner.

Pros

This product is easy to use. The signers have expressed that they found it easy to figure out how to sign.

Cons

When I make a mistake in assigning a signer to the wrong spot I have difficulty figuring out how to delete the signature box so that I can assign the correct signer.

I think BlueInk has great potential. BlueInk staff is GREAT to work with and very helpful. I will enjoy seeing BlueInk grow to be as strong, and even stronger, than DocuSign.

Pros

Easy to use. I like the Signers portion - keeps track and builds a signer listing.

Cons

I don't like: 1. limited document formatting options 2. Unable to: a) resend (as a reminder to sign)several documents at one time b) to set up and deploy my own smart documents c) assign an individual(s) to receive a "cc" d) print one document that includes signature document and Certificate of Evidence(s) e) print the Certificate of Evidence as one complete document, with all signers f) create folders to separate completed documents in Archive area

I initially started with the free trail and realized that the interface along with the process of adding my documents/setting them up for signatures was much more convenient than the previous software that I was using. Thanks BlueInk for helping make one less thing complicated in life!

Pros

The ease of setting up the customizable templates has made it very convenient for me to send out my documents for signatures. This is something that I didn’t enjoy with other companies that I have used in the past.

Cons

I have been using BlueInk for the last 7 months and I haven’t had any pain points that I need to address.
