Pros It is easy to use and very user friendly Cons When you get an email to sign, if often links it with old emails from blue ink, making it hard to find the signature you need to sign. This is difficult for staff and families. A new email should be triggered each time. Also for your reviews, you need more options for job titles. It did not have Speech language Pathologist for a job title, it did not have tele health and it had no options for education or teachers. You need to have those options. It makes signing much more easier now. I know I am able to use blueink for much more than signing but for now it is working great. Pros I like that I can email a document and it is sign right away Cons It is costly. There should be a price package for schools that are using it. This has cut our processing time in half, if not more. Pros The software is user friendly, and walks you through the process step-by-step. Cons We are currently using the free version, so we do not have access to customize the email that is sent requesting signature. I have the ability to use the esign process with Buildium, but that software does not flow as well as BlueInk. Pros As a member of NARPM, I get to use this software for free up to 10 bundles per month maximum and with only one template. I just noticed that there is a BlueInk Solo which seems perfect for me! I am considering on purchasing it to allow myself more templates. Cons I do not like limiting the number of templates I can use because then I must enter the information in other documents again and again. Pretty annoying. As a property manager, I usually have many documents to send out. BlueInk is free and should be with every business small to large. Pros I like the ease of use, and the fact it’s free to start. I feel like every business needs to get on this ASAP. Cons I don’t like how you have to message customer service to delete old/incomplete contracts. Also there’s no options organize the contracts. As a wedding videographer, I would like to organize by date of production so it would be a ease to pull up. Would also like to see a payment portal added on in the future like other contract softwares. The ease of use is by far my favorite feature. It has been easy to learn and explain to those I'm sending documents to. Cons I would like to be able to add documents to a bundle that don't have anything being added to them so I don't have to print the signed documents, put them in with the documents that didn't require signatures, and then scan to have them in electronic form again. Cons sometimes the order of the persons to sign "flip" and when placing the signature fields in the document, need to be changed. Easy to fix but annoying. Reason for choosing BlueInk Had a chance to meet with the owners and like the business model. Pros The product integration within the company has been so easy! I became familiar with it within an hour and now train our team to use it! Cons I wish there was a way to title the items sent so if I need to look back at my dashboard it is easy to find, instead of looking it up by date.
