Marketing Manager Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Refreshing approach to people and payroll management" January 12, 2023 5.0 Jemini has radically changed the way I engage with my team - it's a far more streamlined and far less stressful undertaking (no more performance reviews noted into Word Docs and emailed to HR!). The reporting is a game-changer as well. Things that would previously take me half a day and require me to access up to four or five systems can now be achieved in one place in less than 20 mins - love it! Pros The Jemini Team made the adoption of Jemini easy and pleasant. My team picked it up and ran with it immediately, and we all find the format and UI very easy to use. On top of that, Jemini provides me with great insights and reporting on everything from annual leave liabiity, to peformance goals and aspirations. Cons Jemini is very intutive, although as a Gen Xer, some things I found difficult to figure out initially. However, the support service was quick and helpful so not really a problem! Any new system can have some challenges in learning how to use it, so its great to hear our support team were there to help you through. Already have a list of items that we are wanting to move into Jemini in the next 12 months across our business. Pros Love the drag and drop functionality and easy to use. Working with Cards means you can customise what you need for your business. Due to the nature of the software the ease in setting up what you need for your business. The general look and feel of the software. Cons Data migration and data cleansing. The insights and analytics we are now able to provide across our business with all of our employee information in the one solution is invaluable. Adoption across the business has been very successful given the modern look and feel of Jemini, i.e. 'drag and drop' functionality and ease of use. Cons To make the solution work well, some time needs to be spent on the configuration when it comes to setting up repetitive processes. Jemini is now used by close to 700 of our employees and managers and a key part of our employee engagement strategy. Pros Realtime reporting and analytics. Single place to manage performance reviews, leave management and goal setting across teams. Cons Nothing to really note about the software itself but moving from multiple sources of information into a single system, meant we needed to collect missing data that we didn't have in a single place to ensure we got most of the Jemini features and reporting.
