Every day for work I have to snag over 40 tables in excel with a simple black border. b)Another suggestion which will be easier to implement is I snag each table, then paste each one onto the front end website. Each time I have to click on the snagit editor, then ctrl c, then click on the website and ctrl v. or sometimes it's faster to click and drag the thumbnail over. A much better solution would be to be able to ctrl click multiple thumbnails at once. Then paste them all together in one hit into the website. Cons seee abovess Review Source BF Bob F. Pros Snagit saves me time. I am able to communicate exactly what I need to quickly and effectively. Snagit allows me a means by which to produce training materials for the 400 volunteer web admins who assist in managing our site but who always have questions. It is so quick and simple to grab screenshots, to record videos. In screenshots I love how quick and easy it is to add arrows, text, stamps, just a plethora of features that really enhance your screenshot. In screen recordings I love how easy it is to add a webcam, to add your cursor, to add or remove system audio or your pc mic. Again, just like screenshots the functionality makes it so easy to create something that paint the whole picture of what I am trying to create and share with others. It has a ton of features, but is still relatively easy to use. It includes multiple ways of taking screenshots including some advance ways like taking screenshots with scroll. The process of editing the screen shots after also works great. Easy to draw arrows etc and it has some cool features to extract text and edit forms. I still have screen captures from over 10 years ago. This is especially usful when taking online training courses. Pros The ability to draw arrows, and the quick access button on the desk top. Cons I find the highlight not as easy as snip it, but I have most likely just not taken the time to learn how to highlight in yellow key information.
