The ability to integrate right through the process and workflow of both visitor management and employee journeys has a hugely beneficial impact right from day 1. In addition the personalisation makes it really stand out keeping messaging on-brand and reacting quickly to the changing workplace. Cons I've not seen any significant problems with Vgreet but look forward to submitting feature requests as technology and workplace needs change.
