They listen, they trouble shoot, they do their best to make it happen. Pros At a glance we found TZ user friendly. Similar to what we were using but better. Better not just for Operations but for Accounting and most important our Fleet. Every module works, tweaking them to fit us was just a request away then done. Driver app is easily used and we went from 10% use to 100% of our fleet using it in about 4 months. There are more features coming and looking forward to working with the TZ team on them. Cons What did we like least about TZ not very much. There were very few items/adjustments we could not get. Hoping if they still matter down the line we can work on them. Trucker Zoom, on the other hand, is designed and built for Drayage, helping the dispatcher and drivers smoothly and clearly to execute and keep track of loads. The driver app, customer portal, and containers trace, and track are all other great features.
