En mi caso pedí que me asesoraran en todo el proceso, ya que desconozco del asunto y por eso pago a una compañía; me garantizaron que así sería y sin embargo luego de mucha lentitud en las gestiones me notifican que para asesorarme como necesitaba debía pagar otro tipo de modalidad, y te la cobran íntegra aunque tengas vigente el periodo de pago. Para darte de baja tienes una permanencia de 3 a 6 meses. Lamentablemente me sentí estafado y ante esto se cubren en la legalidad en lugar de priorizar las necesidades de sus clientes. Pros Los tiempos de respuesta son de unas horas. Usábamos métedos bastante "rudimentarios" para llevar nuestra contabilidad: básicamente Excel y Google Drive. Con una facturación modesta, era un apaño pero cuando empezamos a crecer un poco se volvió poco práctico. El convertirnos en SL fue la clave para dar el salto a una plataforma más completa que integrara todas las funciones que puede necesitar una pequeña empresa y al mismo tiempo incluyera un soporte humano y cercano. Trabajamos con tugesto desde 2016 y hemos visto evolucionar la plataforma. Y afortunadamente el equipo humano que hay detrás, almenos aquellos con los que solemos tener contacto a través del módulo de Asesoría, son los mismos desde el principio con lo cual se acaba estableciendo una relación de confianza y cercanía que creo que es importante mantener en este tipo de plataformas. Me gusta saber que detrás hay personas. Pros La plataforma es muy completa e incluye todas las funciones que puede necesitar una pequeña empresa. Además están realizando muchas mejoras en el apartado de gestión de recursos humanos y nóminas. Algunas opciones que me gustan y que en mi caso me han hecho la vida más fácil: - TUFACTURA: Poder crear facturas desde TUFACTURA y que se contabilicen automáticamente. Antes las facturas las hacía con otro software y luego las añadía manualmente a la plataforma, era duplicar el trabajo. Con TUFACTURA se ahorra mucho tiempo en esto. Además puedes enviar las facturas automáticamente a los clientes, crear facturas periódicas y algo que para mi fue clave para contratar este producto en concreto: EMITIR FACTURAS ELECTRÓNICAS. Lloran2 el día que vi que ya no tenía que usar FacturaE nunca más. - LABORAL: Poder crear y editar las nóminas des del módulo laboral. Muy práctico y sencillo. También se pueden enviar a los trabajadores con un click y contabilizarlas con otro click. - ASESORÍA: Cuando haces cualquier consulta obtienes respuesta muy rápido y todo muy claro y bien explicado. También puedes contratar servicios adicionales y tienes un espacio similar al de asesoría donde hacer un seguimiento del servicio contratado y comunicarte con el asesor que está gestionando el servicio. - CONTABILIDAD: Poder descargar TODOS los libros que necesites en un solo click. Cons En general lo veo todo correcto. ¿Cosas que se pueden mejorar? La UI/UX en algunos apartados podría mejorar o pulirse un poco más. Por ejemplo: TUFACTURA: la sección facturas periódicas me gustaría que tuviera alguna opción más. CONTABILIDAD: cuando quieres marcar como pagadas todos los gastos de personal (nóminas, SS, indemnizaciones...), puedes marcar de una todas las nóminas, pero los Seguros Sociales o indemnizaciones debes hacerlo de uno en uno. Son detalles sin importancia que seguro que se van mejorando poco a poco.
