Pros My interaction with Remodel Health has been nothing but excellent. The software is easy to use and the people are outstanding. The software tailors our health benefits to our staff, which means each person selects the type of plan that meets their needs, not the school. Some choose a sharing plan, some choose an ACA plan, and others choose high deductible HSAs. It’s not about what our school feels is best for us, it’s what the employees feels is best for their healthcare situation. Even better, we saved over 25% on our annual cost of insurance. Remodel provides one point of contact from their Care team for our school, so our staff always has the same person’s contact information if questions need to be answered. Whether that question relates to coverages, bills, or explaining the difference between HSA or HRA, our Care Rep is there to chat with us. Implementation at our site was pretty smooth. No problems that cost time and money. The team that transitioned us from our former program was outstanding. Very communicative and proactive. The Remodel team took time to make sure every employee had their questions addressed. Cons There is not any negatives about the software, they are working on an enhanced Administrative portal that will make Administrator's ability to add/delete participants easier.
