Cons It does what I was looking for and more. The only problem larger companies might find is that the capabilities may overlap with others you aleady have - e.g., video conferencing, chat - you will need to decide when/how you will use these capabilies. Pros No expertise is needed in the installation process. Updates are automatic. Your collaborative partner has to abide by your security protocols. Spam cannot get through. Cons The tradeoff is security or features. Other applications are sometimes easier to use, but they cannot guarantee security.
