"Flexible Learning with Vast Resources"

**Overall:** Overall, Udemy Business offers flexible, accessible learning with a wide range of courses, though content quality can vary.

**Pros:** I loved Udemy Business’s vast course library and flexible learning, making skill development easy, engaging, and accessible anytime.

**Cons:** Some courses vary in quality, and the vast selection can feel overwhelming when choosing what to learn next.

"Weeks without a resolution"

**Overall:** I created and published several courses on Udemy and, as expected, went through the normal back-and-forth during the review process to ensure everything met their requirements. My courses were approved, published, and began gaining traction. I invested significant personal time and money into marketing them, enrollments increased, and the reviews were very positive. Every review was 4 or 5 stars and the written feedback was great. Then, months after launch, I discovered that all of my courses had suddenly been marked as “banned” and unpublished, with no prior warning. There's no phone number listed to receive help and when I contacted the only email address I could find, I had to wait, only to be told that my courses were unpublished due to alleged AI-generated content and a lack of “human oversight.” This was frustrating, as it’s simply not true, and Udemy had already reviewed them and stated them good for publishing. I personally wrote the content of all courses, created the slides myself, put everything together and uploaded everything myself. I explained this and even provided screenshots and clear evidence to support this, showing my entire process. Since then, communication has been extremely disappointing. I have to wait for days and all I get is unpersonal, repetitive and canned replies that restate the same incorrect verbiage, that doesn't even address the evidence I’ve shared or suggest a resolution. There is no phone number to call, and despite multiple requests to speak with someone who can actually help resolve the issue, weeks have passed with no meaningful response or resolution. What’s most concerning is that this situation is Udemy's clear lack of respect or consideration for instructors that create the content that their company profits from. I've now spent so many hours and so much money in creating and marketing these courses, and it seems to me that Udemy would rather waste my time and money instead of doing the right thing and actually helping to reslove the situation. it's been weeks now, and I still cannot find anyone from Udemy to actually help, while my time and money is wasted and students are unable to access the courses that were created with the expertise and the quality production tht earned such good reviews. All I ask Udemy for is a fair review of the facts and a real conversation, but apparently, their hard-working course creators are not worthy of that.

**Pros:** I like that (in theory) it will expose my online courses to a broader audience since they have students sign-up and able to search for the type of courses they want to invest in.

**Cons:** The customer service is really poor and there's a lack of respect shown to those that invest a lot of their time and money in creating the courses that Udemy profit from.
