Nutzen wir seit 20 Jahren im eigenen Betrieb, alle Prozesse können darüber abgebildet werden. Mitarbeiter sind schnell ins System eingeführt, look & feel sind in allen Unternehmensbereichen nahezu identisch.

Pros

Der Modulare Aufbau, und die Anpassbarkeit von quasi allem. Schnittstellen Kit war der Gamechanger. Anpassbarkeit von Belegformularen. Wir steuern externe Robotersysteme komplett über unser ERP System als Vorstufe.

Cons

Teils werden alte Module nicht weiterentwickelt, Schnittstellen haben in AP4 noch ein paar Kinderkrankheiten.

Pros

Die kompromisslose Flexibilität und die vielseitigen Customizing Möglichkeiten durch das Designkit. Unschlagbare Performance der Datenbank auf einem SSD only Server. Die Detailtiefe mit der jedes Feature entwickelt wurde ist sehr hilfreich um auch jedes noch so kleines Prozessdetail abbilden zu können. Eine absolut stringente Bedienlogik, in jedem Bereich des Programms gleich.

Cons

Die statistischen Auswertungen sind nicht mehr state of the art. Auch die gebauten cockpits lösen diese Schwäche nicht. Hier wäre die Anbindung moderner Tools wie Microsoft PowerBI viel besser.

ich arbeite schon seit 20 Jahren mit Alphaplan - sehr gute Mittelstandslösung - alles was gebraucht wird ist vorhanden

Pros

sehr gute Übersicht, sehr gute Modularität, bündelt Warenwirtschaft, CRM, Rechnungswesen und Webshop-Anbindungen in einer zentralen Datenbank, sehr gute Workflows

Cons

Versions-Updates sind nach individuellem Anpassungsgrad sehr kostspielig oder ressourcenintensiv. Es liegt ein starker Fokus auf lokale Installation; moderne Cloud-Funktionalitäten sind teils noch begrenzt

Für einfache Inlandsgeschäfte empfehlenswert. Wer mehr EU-Geschäft oder X-Rechnungen hat, sollte Alternativen prüfen. Es fehlen in der Standardinstallation kleine Details. Mit Hilfe des Supports ist fast alles möglich. Kostet aber und ist nervig, wenn es eigentlich selbstverständlichkeiten sind.

Pros

Das Programm läuft schnell und stabil. Dokumente oder Emails per Drag and Drop in Einkaufs- oder Verkaufsvorgänge zu ziehen, erleichtert die Arbeit in größeren Teams ungemein.

Cons

EU-Geschäft und Intrastat geht besser. Updates selten, ohne automatisierte Installation. Danach gehen teilweise eigene Anpassungen nicht mehr. Die Architektur erinnert optisch an DOS-Zeiten. In moderneren Programmen können vom User in Masken Felder beliebig verschoben, eingefügt oder gelöscht werden. In Alphaplan wenn nur mit Support. X-Rechnung ist auch ein Drama.

Es dauert seine Zeit bis der Kunde und das AlphaPlan Team sich gegenseitig finden und einen gemeinsamen Weg bestreiten. Jedoch wird das Ergebnis, wenn beide wollen, sehr zufriedenstellend sein.

Pros

Das Projekt als auch die anschließende Durchführung wurde zuverlässig koordiniert und im Rahmen aller Möglichkeiten wird eine Lösung versucht zu suchen, welche auch den Kunden langfristig zufrieden stellen kann

Cons

\- API-Schnittstellen & Zugpferd-Rechnung (Lizenzen für ein aufgesetztes Gesetz auch On-Top bezahlen zu müssen) - Tendenziell habe ich größtes Verständnis, dass jeder Mitarbeiter Zeit braucht, bis er sich seine eigene Erfahrung aufbauen kann. Bei manchen Themen jedoch kann man als Verbraucher nicht die Zeit und Geduld und würde mir hierzu mehr Transparenz zwischen Kunden und AlphaPlan Team wünschen.

Wir hatten mit Alphaplan ein absolut entspanntes Go-live und konnten vom ersten Tag damit produktiv arbeiten.

Pros

Sehr intuitive Bedienung, unendlich viele und spezifische Funktionen. Menüführung und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten sind überragend.

Cons

Alphaplan hat eine sehr ausgeprägte Möglichkeit selbst Anpassungen vorzunehmen. Dies ist natürlich komplex und man absolviert dafür eine Schulung. Ohne eigene IT Abteilung braucht man trotzdem immer wieder Hilfe von CVS. Das ist für mich kein Negativpunkt, aber ich muss hier ja etwas schreiben.

Wir nutzen Alphaplan seit mehr als 13 Jahren und von der Umstellung bis zur dauerhaften Weiterentwicklung und auch vom Support sind wir sehr zufrieden

Pros

Alphaplan ist sehr flexibel und individuell anpassbar, so dass auch komplexe Prozesse optimal abgebildet werden können.

Cons

Durch die hohe Flexibilität entsteht eine hohe Komplexität, wodurch die Einarbeitung etwas mehr Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, aber das ist quasi selbst verursacht...

Ein sehr universelles Programm, das, wenn man sich ein bisschen damit auseinander setzt, eine Fülle von Anpassungsmöglichkeiten bietet, Im Großen wie im Kleinen.

Pros

Umfangreiches Funktionssortiment - im Bedarfsfall für individuelle Bedürfnisse sehr gut anpassbar / erweiterbar

Cons

Insgesamt eine etwas "altbackene" Anmutung. Eine rein optische und gefühlte Bewertung, die nichts mit der tatsächlichen Funktionalität zu tun hat

Grundsätzlich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit Alphaplan, da es unsere internen Prozesse individuell abbilden kann und automatisiert, uns in der Warenwirtschaft optimal unterstützt und uns dabei hilft, gegenüber unseren Kunden fehlerfreier und professioneller aufzutreten. CVS legt viel Wert auf die Betreuung seiner Kunden - sehr guter direkter Support und Kundennähe sind hier klar hervorzuheben. Die Migration und Einführung von Alphaplan sind sehr professionell abgelaufen.

Pros

Alphaplan ist einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen, übersichtlich und deckt alle wichtigen Funktionen eines ERP-Systems ab. Nahezu alle firmeneigenen Prozesse können mit der entsprechenden Expertise selbstständig oder durch CVS in Alphaplan integriert werden.

Cons

Sowohl das integrierte CRM als auch das Kampagnen-Modul decken die Funktionen eines vollwertigen Systems nur einfach ab. Bei der On-Premise-Version ist mobiles Arbeiten nur eingeschränkt möglich, da es keine hauseigene App gibt. Über einen Drittanbieter lässt sich jedoch eine mobile App kostenaufwendig anbinden.

Wir sind Kunde seit über 10 Jahren bei CVS/Alphaplan und fühlen uns immer noch richtig aufgebhoben beim Thema ERP

Pros

Flexibilität und gute Erreichbarkeit des Supports. Bei Sonderanforderungen werden benötigte Schnittstellen gemeinsam konzipiert und erfolgreich umgesetzt.

Cons

Im Bereich Produktion mussten wir vieles individuell anpassen, aber das Endergebnis ist zufriedenstellend. Die Anbindung mobil des Außendienstes ist aktuell noch beschwerlich.

Alphaplan ist ein sehr flexibles ERP das eine Rundumlösung darstellt, die alle essentiellen Bereiche eines Unternehmens abdeckt. Mit Hilfe des Supports den CVS bietet lässt sich Alphaplan auf alle Besonderheiten des eigenen Unternehmens anpassen.

Pros

Ein sehr flexibles ERP das auch gut anpassbar ist auf die firmenspezifischen Besonderheiten. Der Service und Support dabei sticht heraus.

Cons

Wirkliche Nachteile konnten wir in den letzten 8 Jahren nicht erkennen, zumindest keine die direkt auf Alphaplan zurückzuführen sind.

Wir nutzen Alphaplan jetzt seit 2023 und ich kann nur sagen, dass es uns das Leben erleichtert und fast alles umsetzten kann, was wir uns Vorstellen.

Pros

Es ist sehr viel Individualität selbst im Standard möglich. Man kann selbst manche Dialoge Zweckentfremden, um es an seine Bedürfnisse anzupassen.

Cons

Hier fällt mir nicht wirklich etwas ein. Hatte bisher nur Lösungen bekommen, wenn ich vor einem Problem stand.
