Pros Zillow rental manager is easy to use and its free to use which i really like and appreciate. Definitely recommended to all landlords. My experience with that is pretty good. I would say more good than bad. It use to have a weekly fee to list properties for s short period and then it was free again. It's not worth paying to list your rental when there are other free options so I'm glad it's free again. Pros I use zillow rental manager mainly for listing rental units. It works pretty well for this in terms of the ease of listing, messages etc. Cons Some other sites with the ability to list rentals offer automatic replies. Pros Zillow rental manager is the best way to keep track of your payments and home fees all the while improving your credit score with every paid month! Cons Sometimes we run into less tech savvy tenants and this makes this more difficult for them. Also internet connectivity is required this can hold up a transaction as well. Pros I like Zillow because it has a wide variety of rental options that make it easy to choose the place where you feel most comfortable living. It is a very useful intermediary that makes the entire rental process easier. The contracts are quicker to sign and with the assurance that the entire process is legal and committed. The application's ease of use is amazing and its integration with google maps helps alot. Cons There were times when I have reached out to a property owner and never received a reply only to later find out the property was no longer available or was never available to beign with. I wish the zillow marketing portion offered more. Pros I love being able to market on a large platform such as Zillow, we are able to collect inquires/ showings/leads through Zillow. I also enjoy the fact that Zillow auto-populates information when posting a listing. Cons I don't like that zillow does not offer stats for your listings. I also don't like that I cannot schedule an add to be removed.
