Pros Zillow rental manager is easy to use and its free to use which i really like and appreciate. Definitely recommended to all landlords. The application's ease of use is amazing and its integration with google maps helps alot. Cons There were times when I have reached out to a property owner and never received a reply only to later find out the property was no longer available or was never available to beign with. That can be very frustrating. I wish the zillow marketing portion offered more. Pros I love being able to market on a large platform such as Zillow, we are able to collect inquires/ showings/leads through Zillow. I also enjoy the fact that Zillow auto-populates information when posting a listing. Cons I don't like that zillow does not offer stats for your listings. I also don't like that I cannot schedule an add to be removed.
