Pros Listing Creation -The listing is automatically syndicated to Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads, increasing visibility and making it easier to attract tenants. Tenant Screening - I can easily request background checks, credit reports, and eviction history—all from one place. Lease Tracking and Documents- I can manage lease agreements and renewals, in one place. Everything is digitally signed and securely stored, making the process smooth and paperless. It gives the rental price. Pros I like using Zillow to look up properties in specific areas and check the features and prices of the homes. Cons There isn’t really anything I can think of.
