We have been using it for years and it's a great product to manage our contracts. Their customer service is excellent.

Pros

it's a very user friendly tool where you can customize the fields according to your business needs. Never had a problem with it

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about this software. Many other companies are introducing AI agents to their platforms to help analyzing content of the documents. I would explore adding this option.

The decline in customer focus and service is concerning. The current trajectory is not sustainable. The offering, although priced accordingly, is proving to be less than what we need.

Pros

Dock365 met an immediate need in helping streamline a workflow process for handling NDAs. The offering was competitively priced and worked well. The professionalism and service commitment from the Dock365 team historically was great. Our requests were promptly addressed and everyone was very customer-focused.

Cons

Dock365 is proving difficult to fully utilize beyond our initial needs. We find the existing UI cumbersome and difficult to manage permissions and capture the data we need for reporting. We're awaiting an upgrade to v6 to see if that helps. There've been delays on both sides, but now we can't get a commit from Dock365 on when the upgrade will be completed. Since being acquired by Aries, we've noticed a significant drop in support and responsiveness from the Dock365 team.

The system is ok. The implementation and training for our employees has not been good. At this point, we are having a hard time even getting someone to respond. I think the product is good and has real potential, but the process of implementing this across our organization has been slow and not well supported.

Pros

I like that we were able to integrate it with our CRM, and the ease of use through sharepoint. I think that the tool has good potential to make our teams more efficient.

Cons

It took us way too long to implement this. Then we stopped our roll out because of an anticipated update. We have been waiting months for the update. We should have just continued our roll out.

It has been a positive experience and has worked out well. The templates and customization for our SharePoint site collection are proven as a good replacement from our previous custom solution.

Pros

The SharePoint templates and workflows work well for our organization and perform as expected. Customer service is responsive and has provided the necessary support when required.

Cons

Some of the required functionality is absent for our needs. This may be a limitation of the software.

Pros

The implementation process was quick and easy. Dock's team worked with us diligently until it was complete. The Dock 365 site is very easy to navigate and user friendly. Their customer service dept is very responsive to inquiries and our tickets are often resolved same day.

Cons

It would be nice if, when there is a new version of the software, we were notified in a more timely manner. Also, when a new version is available, an email highlighting the updates or even a link to an announcement or training videos would be great.

7/10 it works fine and beats much on the market, but with improvements it could be the best CSM available.

Pros

Works with Docusign, version 6 upgrade smoothed alot of issues that we were having. It has become much easier to use.

Cons

A few site issues, page not loading, permissions not working as intended. Should have a status page when the site may be not working correctly.

How it is not connected to other systems like SAP. We have SAP for all of our core business. If we integrate this then it would be seamless to the users.

Once it was set up and running, it's been pretty good. The support folks are fantastic \[sensitive content hidden\] very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] also great. The set up and testing were BEYOND painful. We almost walked away from this system. Every time a new version came out it broke something. We didn't know what had broken until we stumbled across it. No version notes were sent out. We have chosen NOT to use newer version because of this. I can't trust important steps in our processes won't break in new versions.

Pros

The ability to see the history of a document created in Dock from creation to full execution. The value for the cost is outstanding.

Cons

The majority of our 3rd party contracts are in pdf format. These documents are reviewed by multiple parties in our organization, comments are made (which may or may not go back to the client), and the document is returned to the client for negotiations. Working with this type of document is very difficult and unwieldy in this system.

Out overall experience has been great and has helped my department keep organized in order to best serve the entire organization.

Pros

The software provides a better user experience with each upgrade. I like the projects feature that allows for even better organization of agreements and sometimes more critical is adding non-contract documents to the project to make a true central repository.

Cons

Lake of contract review features that I believe are being added in a future version with AI incorporated to help with that task.

In campaigns management, it is very important to have a tool that allows real-time information and reports to be available at all times, where the use of resources, times, percentage of progress and more can be known. Dock 365 enables all of these features.

Pros

The dashboards and the facility to interpret the graphs and the information is very satisfactory. I would say that anyone can read it and make decisions based on the data shown related to campaigns. Resources, times, people and scope can be managed in an intuitive way and it is easy to generate reports.

Cons

Understanding the resources allocation dynamics can take time because some options are not easy to locate on the screen. On the other hand, the mobile app still has some room for improvement. The App does not feel fluid enough.
