### "COMPULINK- TOTAL PRACTICE CONTROL"

May 21, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Compulink has been a journey of functional excellence balanced by technical demands. On the clinical side, it’s a powerhouse; the ability to customize the interface to my specific specialty is a breath of fresh air compared to "one-size-fits-all" platforms. The OneTab™ documentation and the seamless integration between the EHR and Practice Management have noticeably streamlined our patient flow, allowing us to handle everything from complex exams to retail billing within a single, unified database. When the system is dialed in, it feels like a precision tool that truly understands the nuances of my daily workflow. However, that power comes with a significant "complexity tax." The software isn't exactly intuitive out of the box, and the learning curve for new staff can be steep and unforgiving. While I love the customization, getting the system "just right" required a massive upfront investment of time and effort. I’ve also found that updates can be a double-edged sword—bringing necessary features but occasionally introducing frustrating glitches that disrupt our rhythm. In short, Compulink is an indispensable asset for any practice that demands total control over its data, provided you have the patience and technical appetite to maintain such a sophisticated engine.

Pros

1\. Extreme Customization (The "Have It Your Way" Factor) The most praised feature of Compulink is its flexibility. Unlike "cookie-cutter" EHRs that force you into a specific workflow, Compulink allows you to: Modify layouts: You can literally drag and drop elements of the patient chart to match how you actually talk to patients. Build specialty screens: Whether it’s sports medicine or optical retail, you can remove unnecessary fields (like weight or BMI) to keep documentation clean and relevant. 2. The "One-Screen" Documentation Strategy Compulink’s OneTab™ layout is a game-changer for clinic efficiency. Everything at a glance: Nurses and technicians can often complete 90% of their documentation on a single screen without clicking through endless tabs. Favorites & Presets: Users love the ability to set up "Favorites" for common diagnoses or treatments, which reduces charting time to under three minutes for many routine visits. 3. Seamless Practice Management & Optical Integration For practices with a retail component (like Optometry), Compulink is a "one-stop shop." Inventory & Billing: It handles the clinical exam, the glasses/contacts order, and the insurance claim in one fluid motion. Single Database: Because the EHR and Practice Management (PM) share one database, there is no "lag" or "syncing error" between the front desk and the back office. 4. AI-Driven Efficiency The 2026 versions of Compulink have leaned heavily into SMART Workflow® and AI features: Automated Status Tracking: The system automatically identifies which room a patient is in and what the next step is, reducing "dead time" in the hallway. Coding Assistance: The built-in "Standard of Care" engine helps suggest codes based on your documentation, which helps maximize reimbursement while staying compliant. 5. Stellar Support & Stable Pricing While software glitches are a reality for any platform, Compulink’s customer service consistently receives high marks. Quick Response: Users report that technical support is knowledgeable and easy to reach by phone. Predictable Costs: In an era of "subscription creep," users appreciate Compulink’s relatively stable and transparent invoicing.

Cons

1\. The Steep Learning CurveCompulink is not a "plug-and-play" system. New users often find the interface overwhelming because there are so many buttons, tabs, and options. Training Intensity: It takes significant time for staff to become proficient. Many practices report that the initial training period feels too short for the amount of information they need to absorb. Non-Intuitive Navigation: Some tasks that should be simple (like finding a specific patient ledger or modifying a table) require navigating through multiple layers of menus that don't always follow modern "web-standard" design logic.2. "Update Anxiety" & GlitchesBecause the software is frequently updated to keep up with medical regulations, users often deal with "version instability." The "Fix One, Break Two" Cycle: It is a common complaint that a new update will fix a minor bug but inadvertently cause a glitch in a completely different part of the system, such as the scheduler or the prescription module.Workflow Disruption: Updates can sometimes reset custom settings or change the location of icons, forcing the staff to relearn their "muscle memory" workflows.

### "Compulink EHR for the win"

December 15, 2025

5.0

It has been a wonderful change from our old EHR and it keeps things streamlined and the reports are easy to read and print.

Pros

I am able to keep all of my charts, financial records, insurance payments, and patient reminders all in one great program!

Cons

There are so many unused features that I am unable to delete. I do not use a clearing house for billing.

### "Compulink is THE one for you!!"

May 17, 2026

5.0

Compulink does a little bit of everything but it mainly stores electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software. They cater to over 30 medical specialties.

Pros

I love the optical practice, patient management, and access and availability. There are no bugs and issues. The customer support and security makes the software value for money.

Cons

I didn’t have any dislikes about Compulink. It’s a number one product in my book and I only have positive things to say about it.

### "compulink optical ehr is the best so far"

February 20, 2025

5.0

It has been the best optical ehr I have worked with so far. More informative reports, easy to navigate as well as having all of your exams in one spot and not having to go to an old exam to review is amazing

Pros

This ehr is the first I have used that is not only easy to navigate but has all of the reports (and then some) that I could ask for.

Cons

The response time of the support team is not great.

### "Eh, not my favorite"

December 2, 2024

4.0

Overall it works, but in my opinion is not the best platform available, it's not easy to train people on and it requires lots of extra unneccessary steps.

Pros

I like being able to access patient charts from the schedule.

Cons

It is really slow and the data network itself feels ancient.

### "Research all EHR options before choosing"

June 21, 2022

3.0

Pros

It is nice how many reports can be run in Compulink - almost any list of data/information you'd want to compile, Compulink is able to. It is also such a major player in the industry that everything we've needed to have integrate with it, has been able to do so (Weave, contact lens company sales platforms, etc). Scanning in documents is easy once you have the right/compatible scanner- and they're easy to view and find from the patient's demographics page. Having our billing done through Compulink directly has been convenient.

Cons

There were a LOT of learning curves with this system - i.e. we had to purchase a very specific scanner that integrated properly, finding out that their Intake Form was not mobile compatible, how the patient's ledger populates, what data is able to transfer from one exam to the next (most items do, but not things like the patient's occupation, hobbies, PCP, etc.). As doctors- we didn't find the EHR/Exam forms to be very intuitive or as user friendly as we were hoping. Depending on what version you signed up with dictates how much you're able to edit exam form templates.

### "Easy transition, Great training and customer service, Customizable Software to meet all our needs"

August 20, 2021

5.0

After 12 years with our last software, we were unaware at how outdated our EHR system had become. Compulink converted a great deal of our data to allow us to access it without having to constantly return to our old system. Overall, the experience was better than we expected as change is always hard. The people at Compulink worked hard to make it as easy as possible for us.

Pros

Compulink has been a great addition to our practice. The transition team was exceptional and the training incredible as they helped make the process as smooth as possible and continue to help us learn how to better utilize the software. There is so much flexibility with the software in the set-up to make the program work best for our office--picking the right EHR exam format for different types of office visits, the scheduling capabilities. In addition to one-on-one training, the training videos and the help section on the software make it easy to solve any issues that occur.

Cons

As with any transition, there are glitches but we fully expected these to happen and Compulink helped us fix these issues as quick as possible.

### "Compulink is the BEST!"

May 23, 2023

5.0

Choosing an EMR provider for my surgery center was a decision that I put a lot of time and consideration into. I spoke to at least 5 or 6 other companies and did my due diligence. At the end of the day, it was an easy choice and one that I don't regret. I frequently recommend Compulink to my colleagues, highlighting the high degree of customization, increased productivity, ease of use, excellent customer service, and budget friendliness. Our adjoining clinic utilizes a non-Compulink provider for their practice management and another non-Compulink provider for their EMR; both of which don't hold a candle to Compulink. I am looking forward to eventually getting our clinic switched over to Compulink as well.

Pros

1\. Highly customizable! No ASC is alike and we appreciate that Compulink allows us to make direct modifications to our workflow (overall layout, documentation, printable forms, etc.) as we see fit without having to jump through hoops. 2. Increase in Productivity/Efficiency. As a result of implementing Compulink in our ASC, we've been able to create a process that works very well for us. Whereas it used to take 2 full-time Front Desk Receptionists to prepare patient charts, we now have 1 Receptionist who handles this task. 3. Ease of Use. Our nurses and technicians find Compulink easy to use because a majority of their documentation can be done on one screen and they can set up Favorites to chart quickly. It's simplicity allows for us to quickly teach new employees and/or agency staff how to use the program. 4. Customer Service. We don't need support from Compulink very often, but when we do, we can always count on a quick response from very helpful, engaged customer service advocates. 5. Budget friendly with straight-forward invoicing and stable pricing over the years, even in the face of the pandemic and subsequent inflation. 6. Stability. Many of the Compulink employees that helped get my former surgery center up and running on their platform are still with the company. From a management standpoint, this is important for two reasons: One, I know who to turn to when I need assistance and two, a low turnover rate within their company speaks volumes!

Cons

In the past there have been issues when updates were made to the system. One of these incidents resulted in a significant loss of data and we had to use paper charts until it was fixed. However, with that being said, it's been quite a while since we have had any update-related issues and it appears to be resolved.

Reason for choosing Compulink

Customizable. Budget-friendly. Attentiveness of sales team.

### "Compulink review"

February 15, 2023

4.0

Overall I am very satisfied with Compulink. I feel like the capabilities meet most of our needs. I would love to see a dry eye layout added in so that all documentation can be done on one tab for our dry eye patients. The records then would be much easier to access as they would all be in one location. We currently started a Dry Eye and Aesthetics in our office and it would be amazing if we had one central location that all documentation could be done in.

Pros

I think that it is very easy to use. I generally can navigate through things fairly easily. I would say that Compulink University, it is very hard to find things that you are looking for. You do a search for something and it seems to never come up with anything remotely related to what you are looking for. I do like the EHR itself though. I think it has plenty of capabilities that we probably aren't even aware of.

Cons

Making sure we always have a contact person that is easy to reach and that can work with our IT to make sure any issues are resolved immediately as generally any issues that arise are getting in the way of patient care. I think the medication field is always an ongoing issue. I haven't heard many complaints as of recent but I do know there were often complaints of it freezing the computer up or slowing it down when trying to merge medications.

### "I REALLY WANTED IT TO WORK"

January 10, 2017

1.0

As an owner, IT person, optician and front-desk user, I regret purchasing this software. I actually do have a background in Computer Science from Rutgers as well as Ophthalmics from RVCC. I catch on quicker than the average bear, but with each update, my hair turns grayer and grayer. I really, truly wanted this to work, but I believe that at some point I will have to get a different EHR system because it just doesn't work for me.

Pros

There isn't a lot that I like about this system. Generally, support is acceptable. When you need help you will get it at some point, although I've seen a decline in this lately. The implementation is their strongest aspect. We had a great trainer help us and make it as easy as the program allows. If the implementation experience was the rule, I feel that Compulink Eyecare Advantage would be more successful than it is. Submitting claims is pretty good.

Cons

It is pretty slow (I use an Intel i7 2.8Ghz with 6 gigs of ram - translation: not a wimpy computer). Compulink, I believe, has some real problems. Text boxes do not match up with database field sizes. An example, when saving information and then recalling it, data will be truncated/lost. Database field sizes are really small, too. The optical portion (which I use quite a bit) gives the impression that opticians were not consulted. I use version 10.6.1.13 and on my spectacle screen, the DBL (aka Distance-Between-Lenses) element for describing a frame is spelled out as "Double" which is incorrect (while this is small (ie. just text), I believe it is very telling). Managing inventory is extremely difficult even with spexdata UPC (The Frames Data Disc - used for frame inventory information). The receipts are some of the most confusing documents to patients. We are nickel-and-dimed on too many aspects of the software (Software + Customizable Version + EDI (which relates to insurance claims) + amount of claims (not unique to compulink to be fair) + software/hardware integrations (want your EHR to work with a piece of equipment? add a fee (optional)) + Sybase (now required with version 10) + license fees + quarterly support fees + Sybase quarterly support fees + framesdata subscription (optional - not thru Compulink) + cloud-based backup (optional)). Customizable versions (which I own) aren't really that customizable and updates usually undo some type of functionality or any customization created. Lastly, and unfortunately, the worst part, is the ledger. Oh boy! I feel like I'm doing double entry accounting, it is the most unintuitive aspect of the system. Staff look at it and want to run for the hills. While I understand how to manipulate the ledger and there are webinars for training staff, the learning curve is very steep. Lastly, I can't tell you how many times I have had to run "Diagnostics" whenever compulink would crash. As we have migrated to other EHR systems, we have found that Compulink doesn't store/loses entire charts of information. Not good..not good at all!

### "AN INCREDIBLY WELL DESIGNED EHR. It makes my life much easier!! "

August 12, 2020

5.0

We use Compulink for all aspects of our office including, scheduling, billing, EHR, and employee hours. It has been efficient in all dimensions. We also interface with their appointment confirmation liaison. Compulink has certainly added to our bottom line with their efficiency. Their phone service for technical support is always very responsive as is the Compulink design team.

Pros

This software allows me to quickly, and in great detail, review, document findings, and make plans for patients. It saves me an incredible amount of time and generates all of my consult letters. Screens are arranged in logical sequence and layout. As a pediatric ophthalmologist, I appreciate the ease of recording multiple gaze measurements and the inclusion of special sensory testing. There is rapid and easy interface with all of our machines ( e.g. autorefractor, lensometer, document scanner etc.). The self-made templates are invaluable, speeding along the record keeping process. Medical histories and review of symptoms are "one click" if normal. Data including acuities, refractions , strabismus measurements, IOPs, etc. is kept in easily reviewable longitudinal tables. The multiple dropdown menus greatly add to ease of use. Prescribing spectacles is very easy as one may choose any of the refractive measurements ( autorefractor, lensometer, etc.) as a starting point. Included is drawing software for external or retinal documentation which is very easy to use. Printed reports and records are very professional looking and organized. The communication tab allows one to easily record data from a phone conversation. I hear my colleague's complain about how their EHRs slow up their days, mine allows me to see more patients. I highly recommend this EHR.

Cons

There is certainly a learning curve to unleash the power of this EHR. This is especially true of the customizable templates known as Encounter Favorites. Once these are established however, your EHR works for you in a smooth and efficient way. Compulink has excellent tutorials to get you through this process.

### "Compulink Orthopaedic Advantage is the best orthopaedic EHR solution!"

October 8, 2020

5.0

Very well-integrated and coordinated implementation team. Although \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was primarily responsible for our implementation, everyone on the implementation and support teams have been very helpful and friendly. I have not had any bad or difficult interactions with anyone at Compulink.

Pros

Although, the software was originally written for ophthamology, Compulink has done a great job adapting to orthopaedic surgery with Compulink Orthopaedic Advantage. The visual diagnosis engine function is very helpful for identifying and documenting specific pathology in various anatomic regions. The software easily accomodates the physician/provider preference for input to the EHR. There are template for dictation, drop-down menus, or manual entry (scribe). Microsoft Remote Access for Compulink Cloud Advantage implementation was very easy and device friendly. I am able to access Compulink from literally anywhere with internet access on my iPad, Windows, Mac, Android, laptops, etc.... I was able to easily and effectively implement DICOM MWL to manage my patient workflow with in-office X-ray and cloud PACS.

Cons

Customization of template features is somewhat difficult to do on your own, if you are hands-on. The technical and implementation support is outstanding and will customize for you. There are still some bugs that need to be fixed and features that I would like to see implemented. Web Registration is tedious and slow for patients. All patient outcome measures are displayed and may not necessarily be relevant to the patient. Need to be able to designate the outcome measures for each particular patient. Caveat: I did not have my own IT person. I implemented the software, myself.

### "Unique practice needed an extraordinary software."

November 13, 2020

5.0

I have a nursing home based practice and therefore my practice is very unique and I issued Compulink a very difficult challenge to solve many issues with note taking and practice flow and practice management and they have lived up to every challenge so far and they have frankly surpassed my expectations in almost every scenario. This is a great software with GREAT people!

Pros

This software is very robust and therefore is capable of doing so much for my practice. The data mining and reports are an incredible tool in my practice. The ability to link in forms and mine that data has been a huge time saver for my practice. There is so much customizing that can be done that you can create the software you want. The more work you are willing to put in the more efficient and thorough you can be. This software has saved my office space hours per week in its ability to manage schedules and use data mining and run reports. The worklists they created for us have become indispensable as well. For the most part, with this software, if you can think, then they can typically do it. And most importantly, the people at Compulink have been absolutely amazing. They have an amazing group of people there and they should be proud. Can't wait to see what this will look like in my practice 5 years from now.

Cons

Can be cumbersome to customize at times, but it has always been worth the effort. I have been experiencing far too many crashes and 'freeze ups' and that can be frustrating.

Reason for choosing Compulink

The thoroughness and customization features were a game changer. Also the web registration component was something else that sealed the deal. The web portal was vital to me as well. The web portal component has been disappointing so far because it has not worked properly but they are working on it and I am confident it will be fixed shortly. The ability to run the worklists and data mining was also a game changer.

### "Expectations More Than Met and More To Offer When I am Ready to Expand "

August 7, 2020

5.0

The Compulink Help Line is Outstanding. I can easily explain my issue (or what I want to accomplish) and I am directed to the department appropriate person in a timely manner who can assist me quite efficiently and professionally.

Pros

Compulink Software is all inclusive for my current needs - a combined PM and EHR. Also, I am not locked into one type of template. For example, most my patients have Retina issues, but if a patient also happens to have another issue, I can import a problem appropriate Tab and I don't need to have it unlocked for me by the company (or pay more). I could see where this would be advantageous for a multi-specialty practice (even though I am not one). There are also multiple other resources I can choose to incorporate and use that is available as options to add to the software's capabilities (e.g., RCM) as my practice grows. The really nice thing is that I can function efficiently now and utilize Compulink Software (in all my various roles) at a good price point and still anticipate how I can incorporate what Compulink has to offer as my practice grows.

Cons

Setting up the Look Up Tables took me a long time but I was a new practice that did not have much (or any) of that information in a readily available database to put into the Look Up Tables or did not know how to organize particular information prior to being asked by Compulink to place such information into my Look Up Tables. On the plus side, needing to spend the time to build my Look Up Tables, helped me understand how the back end of the PM/EHR worked.

### "One Of The Best For Eyecare"

November 2, 2022

5.0

We have been using Compulink since 2011. We first rolled it out to our 36 clinics; we later migrated our ASC from another leading EHR platform to Compulink and haven't looked back. This software has the ability to replace all others. PM, EHR, optical, billing, etc. there isn't a need to have several different programs throughout the practice. The support is fantastic and there is absolutely service after the sale. They are constantly improving the product and have some exciting things on the horizon.

Pros

Compulink's EHR software provides everything we need to run our practice. From optical retail all the way up to our ASC, Compulink has the ability to be your one stop shop.

Cons

Originally, our installation of Compulink was self-hosted and updates were a little rocky but two years ago we migrated our installation to the "Compulink Cloud" which is hosted in AWS. Hands down one of the best decisions we've made.

### "We call them Compu-stink"

June 27, 2017

1.0

I wish I could go back in time. I was so naive.

Pros

I like their instant messaging system. And their ICD9 conversion to ICD10 was done very well.

Cons

Customer service is EXTREMELY expensive. And they will sometimes NEVER call you back. I'm still waiting for Sangit to call me from a problem I've had since 2015! We have been using them since 2012, everything was set up wrong and we have had constant problems since. We have regretted going with them but are now stuck with them because we've sunk so much money into it. We even had to hire an IT person who is on call for when something goes wrong. Their support is full of people who don't even know how the software works and will tie up your computer trying to figure things out for hours. We dread running their updates because, while they fix some bugs, they implement a whole slew of new ones. We seriously feel like beta testers. They should be paying us because we are the ones figuring out the problems for them. If you complain too much, they will blacklist you and no one will return your calls. And there's no one you can submit formal complaints to. It just falls on dead ears. This is not the way a good company should be run. Their salespersons will tell you anything you want to get you to sign with them. A lot of the initial things we made a point to ask about when meeting with them were nothing like they promised. And when you bring it up to them, they make excuses and say that it's ridiculous for us to expect it to run like that.

4.0

The trainers are awesome! The salesman is a blatant liar. Trust nothing his says.

Pros

Compulink allowed us to proceed from paper to electronic records bringing us into the new century. Now that it has been accomplished, we probably should have made the conversion long ago. My favorite part of the software is the ability to track. There is no question that our revenues are increased because we are better organized.

Cons

Even more than 6 months later, I still have not learned all there is to the software and have not had the time to customize to use it most efficiently. Seeing patients, running a practice and keeping up to date with charts means that I am working many more hours per week. I am getting faster at charting but I still work late most nights finishing my work. Overall, my biggest complaint with Compulink is that the salesperson lied to me repeatedly. I asked specific questions and was given answers that were 180 degrees different than than the truth. For example, I asked if my patients could schedule on-line through Compulink. The answer was absolutely. The real answer is that it is part of the plan for some time in the indefinite future. I made decisions based on the information that I received and likely would have gone a different direction, if I had known the truth.

### "Complicated Interface"

June 27, 2024

2.0

Pros

I did not enjoy anything in particular about Compulink.

Cons

The program was not user friendly for the optical or medical staff. The training period was incredibly short and after weeks of trying to figure out the program, still found myself confused.

### "Almost fully customizable solution"

August 27, 2021

4.0

The customer service is amazing. Support is either an email or phone call away when you need it. The implementation and training teams are second to none.

Pros

I love the fact with a little bit of help I can pretty much customize any part of the product to work with our organizational workflow.

Cons

Due to the number of customizations, it does not run as consistently as we would prefer.

Reason for choosing Compulink

The fact it is fully customizable.

Too many issues and no customization are available in ECW. It also took a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone from support on the line just to let you know they would have someone else get in touch later.

### "Good but more still need to be done"

August 19, 2020

4.0

Overall, Compulink has made my intergration from paper to EHR an easy transition. However, I feel it's not specifically gear towards optometry but more ophthalmology. I do love the new customer service!!! Always there and extremely helpfull when I needed help. PS: Do you have optometrist consultant on your design team?

Pros

I liked the ability to create my own layouts and favorite encouters to be more efficient. Also like the feature where I can just duplicate previous notes and diagnosis. The new contact lens detail selection feature is great. Compulink is easy to navigate.

Cons

The patient on-line registration needs to be revamp for optometry. The patient text messaging feature needs improvement. More diagnoses need to be added on the health hx page: too many searches and clicks. I am on the cloud EHR and the Ambir e-Signature is way too slow. I am still waiting for resolution. It's going on 2 yrs now.

### "Highly recommend."

October 10, 2020

5.0

Pros

Compulink is a company that shares our values. They believe in providing the best solutions so their clients can be the best. Changing practice management software is an investment in time and resources, so we went with Compulink. We are confident they will continue to be the best solution in the future as we grow from a medium organization into a large organization.

Cons

Change is always hard, but the Compulink team is easily accessible during the implementation process.

Reason for choosing Compulink

Compulink had the resouces and business philosophy to be the best choice now and in the future. Changing practice management systems is too hard to do every 3-5 years. I went with the long term best choice so we will only have to change once.

Switched from

[Eyefinity OfficeMate](https://www.capterra.com/p/80537/OfficeMate/)

Eyefinity specializes in the small optometric practice and integrates every solution into their software. As we grew the best solutions could not be integrated with Eyefinity, and Eyefinity's integrated solutions were not as good as the best solutions. Once we realized that would always be the case we decided we had to change practice management systems. RevolutionEHR did not have the resources to stay ahead of the ever changing government mandated Medicare EHR requirements, so we went with Compulink for the long term.

### "Long Term User Compulink Healthcare Solutions"

August 18, 2020

4.0

Compulink is in the business for the long term. They are constantly updating and evolving to meet the ever changing needs and guidelines of our medical practice. As with any system, there will always be features that we would like to be different and features that we do not use to full capacity.

Pros

Software is necessarily complex to manage the compliance and regulatory issues of a medical practice. It has a good revenue cycle feature for submitting claims with a good team behind it.

Cons

Because of the complexity, sometimes it takes alot of clicks to accomplish simple task. In the current version, on some screens, open boxes do not easily move to the side so you can see what is behind them.

Reason for choosing Compulink

Researched the ownership, and the ability of the software to evolve with the changing needs of Medical Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records over time. Basically, I did not want to commit to a practice management solution and have to convert to a different vendor within a few years. There were some struggles but we are still customers after 20 years.

### "Very Happy with Compulink"

August 5, 2020

5.0

Overall I would give Compulink an A grade. We have had no issues with getting support on time and I hear from other doctors with different software that this has been a problem. Their updates are seamless, the software is intuitive and easy to learn. We have externs that rotate through our clinic every 3 months and they comment on how easy the software is easy and how they wish their schools used Compulink.

Pros

The ability to customize tabs, their web registration (patients complete online a form -before they come to office- with all their medical history, family history, medications they are taking along with allergies and medical insurance); once the patient arrives at the office, with just 3 clicks of the mouse, all this information is downloaded into their record (no paperwork to fill out at the office). The ability to interface all of our images from topography to ERG into the cloud EHR with ease. Also, once a diagnosis is made, an order set populates so that it is easy to add diagnostic test to complete the patient record.

Cons

As with any cloud based system, when the internet is down, so are we. The patients ledger could be organized better.
