Pros Easy to install, easy to use, lets you see absolutely any kind of network traffic you could ever want on your network! Cons It's hard to find any complaints about Wireshark. If I had to pick one, I would say it is difficult to narrow down to the exact results you want to see. You have to learn the shortcuts and filters to not just have thousands of lines of meaningless noise.
