It may not be the best priced for creators, though it is close % wise to the other options out there and I feel it has better integration options than many of its competitors. Pros The most useful pieces to Printful are how easy it is to set up, price, and track your print-on-demand orders through the Printful platform. Second, is how amazingly easy it is to integrate with other software such as WooCommerce/WordPress when trying to connect your online store to your own platform. Cons When items go out of stock it isn't always straightforward or easy to replace them with other items that are available. They do things well, and have good print quality. However they are definitely more expensive than several other comparable companies and don't have a order rerouting option that other co's do. Pros Catalog is well laid out. It is easy to apply original designs to merchandise. The order process is seamless and works well with Wordpress (and presumably other platforms) Cons Integration with woo commerce could be a little more streamlined. Updating a product on Printful platform completely overwrites the product in my woo commerce store. Would be good if you could lock certain parameters. Pros Their website and navigation was easy. Looked like a solid contender for my online fitness services. Cons Their shipment details was horrible. I ordered a sample T shirt for a TV show appearance and I never got my product. I finally looked back through my emails and the thread was connected to this out dated email weeks old. I e mailed them numerous times to let them know I won't be able to pick up my product and leave it at the front door. Printful just emailed me saying that if they have to re ship it more than three times they will donate my product to charity. I never got an actual person to talk with me. Review Source BM Beatriz M. They provide you with some stock designs that are pretty unique for being stock. They show you previews of the items along with the design you pick. It's stress-free, not having to worry about storing any inventory or shipping any of it. Cons I feel that the coffee cup designs are too small, there is also only two placement positions. An option of being able to cover the whole cup, would be great! Or even an option that gives the user the ability of where to place the design anywhere on the cup, along with the capability of sizing the design would be great! And I believe they are the leading company in this market, especially because of their easy-to-use online platform. Their software is intuitive and simple to learn. I didn't need any coding skills to connect it with my Shopify and Etsy shops. Pros Printful has seamless integration with both Etsy and Shopify. When I make a sale, they take care of everything for me. Their software is easy to use. Their mockups are precise. Cons I noticed a huge demand for a certain phone case model that Printiful does not offer. So I had to switch my entire phone case collection to a rival POD company that offers that. The payment platform is excellent; I have made many orders and have been blown away by the performance and the manner in which we have been treated on the platform. Cons Printful has to be combined into another device so that customers can buy the products; otherwise, you'll have to manually enter the orders. This means that you will need to add another monthly expense to your company. I am able to upload my own lab designs for products to add to my store and do not need worry about shipping and inventory at all. Printful takes care of everything. Cons The background removal from images uploaded needs to be paid for. It is much but for someone starting out or has no money to spend it is really a draw back on quality designs. I feel like their products are too expensive which leaves yoou less profit. Pros POD software, I like that you can upload your own images or designs as any print on demand software you are able to do. One thing I do really like is they are an eco friendly and green company. Cons What I like least about this software is you can not reposistion things on their stuff. Lets take a t- shirt design for example. The customer service people always explained it away as an error on our end. They NEVER wanted to support our customers in receiving what they paid for. They are easy to deal with, fast turnaround and their prices are some of the lowest out there. Pros The ease of integration is unbeatable. To sync Printful with my e-store took almost no time at all and works flawlessly. Cons Their user interface can be a bit confusing. There are too many menu options and pages.
