Overall, my experience with ChannelEngine has been very positive. It streamlined our marketplace management, saved us time, and helped us expand our sales, even though some integrations required extra setup effort

ChannelEngine est facile à la prise en main, très intuitif, les équipes sont très réactives et les équipes à l'écoute de nos demandes.

Very positive the onboarding specialists really know there subject areas and are very quick to respond

Pros

The ease of setting up Channels and getting live was fast. I felt the onboarding specialist were very knowledgable and responsive.

Cons

Training was complicated and could be made a lot easier. It comes over highly technical and I think the Channel Engine Academy should be reviewed.

Pros

ChannelEngine makes it incredibly easy to manage all our marketplace sales from one central platform. The automation of order processing, stock updates, and pricing saves us a lot of time and reduces manual errors. We also appreciate the wide range of integrations and the excellent customer support. It’s a scalable solution that grows with our business needs.

Cons

Some parts of the platform could benefit from more flexibility, such as custom mapping options or more detailed error messages during product synchronization. The user interface is generally intuitive, but at times, it takes a few extra clicks to reach key settings. But overall, it’s a great tool.

L'expérience globale est très satisfaisante, il faut un peu de temps au démarrage pour comprendre l'outil, préparer les flux de produits et de remontés de commandes. Une fois l'étape de préparation passé, la connexion au différents canaux de ventes se fait rapidement, l'outil permet beaucoup de flexibilité dans la personnalisation des flux. Il propose également des features de traduction automatique du catalogue ce qui est très souvent nécessaire en fonction des pays sur lesquels nous souhaitons vendre. Depuis le démarrage de notre partenariat nous connaissons une très bonne croissance sur les canaux de ventes internationaux et il reste encore beaucoup de potentiel à exploiter !

Pros

Nous apprécions l'aspect ouverture international avec une champ des possibles impressionnant au vu du nombre de canaux de ventes existant. Nous apprécions également ce rapport humain dans nos échanges avec un véritable suivi business et technique + un support très réactif à chacune de nos demandes.

Cons

L'outil Channel Engine peut s'avérer par moment très technique dans la gestion des flux de produits / commandes. Il faut donc se préparer en conséquence, passer du temps à comprendre le fonctionnement de l'outil et le fonctionnement de chaque canaux de ventes. Pour cela la documentation fournis par Channel Engine est très précieuses.

Mon expérience globale avec ChannelEngine est très satisfaisante. C’est un logiciel puissant, complet et bien pensé, qui centralise efficacement la gestion de nos marketplaces. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la clarté du dashboard, la possibilité de créer des règles avancées pour automatiser à la fois le mappage de contenu et la catégorisation, ainsi que la facilité d’importation des flux produits et des listes de prix. Les règles de prix, notamment pour arrondir automatiquement les tarifs, sont également très pratiques, tout comme l’envoi automatique des factures et la traduction des contenus. Les nouvelles fonctionnalités, comme le copier-coller des catégorisations d'une marketplace à une autre ou l’identification des produits non catégorisés, sont de vrais gains de temps. Même si certaines règles avancées restent complexes à configurer ou que quelques attributs peuvent ne pas se renvoyer correctement, cela n’altère pas mon ressenti global : ChannelEngine est un outil extrêmement utile et efficace. Le support pourrait parfois être plus réactif lors des périodes de forte activité, mais cela reste compréhensible. En résumé, c’est un excellent outil, que je recommande sans hésitation. Je mets 5 étoiles car, même s’il y a toujours des points d’amélioration possibles (comme pour tout logiciel), ChannelEngine apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée au quotidien.

Pros

Parmi les aspects de ChannelEngine que j’ai le plus appréciés, je citerais tout d’abord la clarté du dashboard, qui centralise l’ensemble des marketplaces. Cela permet de s’y retrouver facilement et de comprendre rapidement où l’on se trouve et à quoi correspond chaque fonctionnalité. J’ai également particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de créer des règles avancées, que ce soit dans le mappage de contenu pour automatiser certaines tâches, ou dans la catégorisation, avec la possibilité de diriger des références spécifiques vers les bonnes catégories. Cela offre une grande liberté de personnalisation. La facilité d’importation des flux produits et des pricelists est également un point fort. De même, la création de règles de prix est très utile, notamment pour arrondir automatiquement les tarifs à l’euro supérieur ou inférieur, ou encore pour générer des prix commerciaux. Autre fonctionnalité très pratique : l’envoi automatique des factures par email à chaque client passant commande sur nos marketplaces. La capacité de résolution de problèmes de la part du support ChannelEngine est également l'un des aspects remarquables. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de traduire automatiquement les titres et descriptions de nos produits, ce qui est un réel gain de temps pour l’internationalisation. Et, parmi les nouvelles fonctionnalités, j’ai particulièrement aimé celle qui permet de copier-coller les catégorisations d’une marketplace à une autre similaire. Cela fait gagner un temps précieux. Enfin, l’apparition de la section "produits non catégorisés" est très pertinente : elle permet d’identifier rapidement les références oubliées et donc de s’assurer qu’aucun produit ne reste non publié.

Cons

Bien que les règles avancées soient très utiles pour automatiser de nombreux processus, elles ne permettent pas encore de résoudre certains cas plus complexes. Il peut parfois être difficile, voire très complexe, de configurer certaines règles spécifiques, ce qui limite un peu la flexibilité attendue. Par ailleurs, il arrive que, malgré des attributs correctement renseignés dans le mappage de contenu, certaines valeurs ne soient pas transmises correctement aux marketplaces, ce qui nécessite des vérifications manuelles et un suivi régulier. Un autre point d’amélioration concerne le support technique. Lors de pics d’activité importants, comme les périodes de soldes, les délais de réponse peuvent être longs, même en cas de problème bloquant, ce qui peut ralentir la résolution de situations urgentes. Enfin, pour certaines marketplaces internationales, l’agrégation des différents marchés dans un seul dashboard ne permet pas d’avoir une visibilité détaillée sur les performances par pays ou par zone géographique, ce qui peut freiner certaines analyses précises.

Nous utilisions auparavant Lengow, mais la plateforme rencontrait régulièrement des bugs et ralentissements. Les mappings et les modifications n’étaient pas toujours pris en compte, ce qui nous obligeait souvent à refaire certaines repasses, entraînant une perte de temps. ChannelEngine nous a semblé plus simple d’utilisation, avec une interface plus intuitive et une offre globale (fonctionnalités, services, support) plus attractive et adaptée à nos besoins.

En centralisant les opérations, nous avons gagné en efficacité, réduit les erreurs manuelles et augmenté notre visibilité sur de nouveaux marchés. Pros

L’interface est intuitive et bien pensée, ce qui facilite la gestion des flux produits sur plusieurs marketplaces. La synchronisation en temps réel des stocks, des commandes et des prix fonctionne de manière fluide. Le support client est très réactif et compétent. De plus, l’intégration avec de nombreuses plateformes (Amazon, Bol.com, Cdiscount, etc.) permet une grande flexibilité dans la stratégie e-commerce.

Cons

La configuration initiale peut être un peu technique, notamment pour les règles de mapping complexes ou les attributs spécifiques à certaines marketplaces. Une documentation plus détaillée ou des tutoriels vidéos supplémentaires seraient appréciés. Quelques lenteurs peuvent survenir lors de pics de trafic, même si cela reste rare.

Globalement cela a largement simplifié et raccourci le temps de paramétrage des nouvelles marketplaces. Pour l'instant, le CA généré n'est pas encore au niveau de l'attendu, mais je suis sûre qu'à moyen terme cela portera ses fruits.

Pros

Le parcours utilisateur, très compréhensible. La connexion directe avec Akeneo, et l'accès à l'intégralité de notre catalogue de produits, qui m'a apporté beaucoup d'autonomie dans mon quotidien. J'apprécie le fait que de nombreuses marketplaces puissent être étudiées par les équipes Channel Engine si elles ne sont pas encore connectées à l'agrégateur. Côté marketplaces : le remplissage d'attributs par défaut sur toutes les catégories, et la fonctionnalité "remplissage par IA", un vrai gain de temps lorsque l'on ouvre une marketplace.

Cons

La complexité de connexion à connecter/démarrer le paramétrage de certaines marketplaces (comme Wehkamp), cela n'avance pas.
