We have deployed it to our entire sales force, this allows us to decentralize the production of videos (saving time and money) while controlling our image (charted videos). The support team is young, dynamic and very available. Comments / suggestions for improvement are taken into account for future developments. Cons The functions "Duplicate the graphic chart from one user group to another", and "upload a video on a dedicated server" are not yet available, but developments are in progress. Comme une béquille en quelque sorte pour m'aider à marcher ! Pros En tant que novice dans le tournage et montage vidéo, et avec pas mal d'appréhensions, car ce n'est pas dans ma zone de confort, j'ai apprécié le côté simple, avec tous les templates qui me permettent d'avancer pas à pas et de gagner en confiance. Pouvoir aussi bien filmer avec Kannelle qu'importer des films me semble aussi très pratique. Enfin, j'apprécie la possibilité de s'inscrire à des sessions collectives de formation. Cons J'aurais apprécié grandement de pouvoir disposer d'un manuel papier très pratique récapitulant pas à pas les choses à faire, afin de ne pas rester bloqué tout seul. D'ailleurs, même maintenant, n'étant pas encore très à l'aise, je serais très content de recevoir un tel document ! Je trouverais utile aussi de plus avoir des genre de pop-ups à différents endroits de l'appli qui expliqueraient comment faire ci ou ça. Comme un chatbot quoi. Je n’avais jamais fait de vidéos au paravant et la prise en main était très rapide. Pour ma part, je réalise des tutos produit dans les ateliers à des fins de partage de best practices en interne.
