Nous sommes en cours de construction de notre SMQ et donc nous partons très souvent d'une page blanche : après 1 an d'utilisation, je suis emballée par le pouvoir du format graphique versus des documents au format textuel, notamment pour clarifier le qui fait quoi (niveau 2). Autre avantage dans une entreprise internationale, la traduction d'un graphe dans d'autres langues est plus rapide et simple que pour une procédure classique "Word" structurée en paragraphes. Pros La facilité de modélisation : les formes suivent si on déplace les rôles, ce qui est un vrai gain de temps. La méthode de modélisation graphique par elle-même : différente du BPMN mais surtout plus complète (répond à plus de questions). Chaque niveau (1, 2 et 3) a sa propre banque de formes (pas de risque d'utiliser du "vocabulaire graphique" inadapté à un niveau en particulier). L'interactivité entre les graphes, les documents, les moyens que l'on connecte. Sans oublier les tutoriels PYX4 à disposition. Cons Le fait de ne pas pouvoir modéliser sur une page en format paysage. En tant qu'administrateur, de ne pas pouvoir interrompre un cycle de validation, même si indirectement on peut prendre la main à la place d'un approbateur pour refuser le graphe, ce qui stoppe le cycle de validation. J'aimerais pouvoir moi-même stopper ce cycle si nécessaire (en conservant l'audit trail bien sûr). Pas possible de gérer plusieurs langues pour un seul et même graphe (ou document). L'interactivité entre les différents graphes, documents, moyens ce qui permet à un utilisateur de naviguer entre les éléments du SMQ qui sont interconnectés. Par exemple, lorsque j'ai une alerte mail qui s'affiche à l'écran, alors que je suis en train de remplir un champ, je perds ce que j'était en train d'écrire.
