I got my first sales less than three hours after installing this theme to my store. It’s fast, intuitive and highly converting. Plus, it comes with a lot of tools. When you contact their customer service, you will get a response from a technical support representative who will tell you that they will follow up on your request. If you send a follow-up email, you will get a response from a new technical support representative, who will ask you to explain your issue from the beginning; this new representative will tell you again that he will follow up on the subject. Of course, you will not get any response, and then you will send a third follow-up email to get an answer from a third representative who will, of course, ask you to explain the issue again and will promise you to follow up on the subject. In the end, they will not solve your problem. I love Debutify, it’s a great service, has great customer service, and they’ll literally do anything to make it better for you. Pros This software absolutely TRUMPS any other service out there, users have the customization required to be able to add their own brand to the theme and enough features to successfully up their AOV. Delete those other apps that do the same thing and save a ton of money and time! Cons Though those features are great some of the features are just not necessary, so for the price you pay for the best option you have a ton of services you won’t use. Cons Sometimes I’d like to add in specific sections or creative pieces that just aren’t available within the them (such as video auto play header), or being able to customize the product page or faq/ about us.. I know this is a shopify issue but I’ve been having to use page fly to do that in some cases. Pros I love the simplicity of this Shopify Theme. The authors have made it easy to start your store and grow. More so, it is free and is great quality. It is user friendly and on a user experience bases provides a seamless checkout system for our clients customers. Cons There isn't much you cannot like about this theme as it is well built and free, but I guess the only thing for us is if the theme was available on other platforms such as WooCommerce then there would be a lot bigger user-base. Just because it saves a lot of time on store setup. Pros Ease of use, saves more than $150 which you could've spent on extra apps for upsells,etc thereby slowing down the website. The Debutify software accumulates everything in one pack and improves page load speed. Cons There are many things that cannot be customised,like Dropdown option for Colour variant on the product page. The reason I want a drop down option is that I cannot choose the colours for that choices myself. Therefore it sometimes shows nothing but as white button with no colour to help the user experience. It also bundles guru pack for consultancy. I think there must be a seperate option for hourly consultancy. The subscription model makes it an expensive option. Pros Good selection of features included in the price. The real differentiators are not in the free theme, so you really need to pay. But they work well. Cons Very expensive if you want access to all of the features. Nowhere near as fast as they claim, without any large images or excessive add-ons it ran quite slowly.
