Pros All Feature are available in one platform. making the setup alot of ease. As for the funtional. it is very explanatory. Great for user had abit of experience of shopify setup. and great to make a beautiful website. Cons the training video for some areas in which plan they used need to be available at all time. not just restricted to the highest plan. . the rating on loading speed on this software rated at 30 in which sometimes slower from some free theme with all the same plug in as the new google ranking rating. anything that slow on loading , google will push the website back to even lower rank. it can be a headache as you have to do more on google ad spend to try maintaining the spot. . on the product page on description if you want to set it with jpeg file it extended to long as the left side are all blank. Pros I love the idea of what they are claiming to be selling. I would have had loads more to comment here in Pros IF I ACTUALLY HAD A CHANCE TO TRY IT FULLY Cons Only problem is, they end up cutting your trial period short on the 2nd day of installing, then when you contact support they say, "Our system doesn't lie sir, so I'm sorry sir but that means your the liar." After some carefully selected, heated words with support I managed to reluctantly get back at least 7 days of the trial (huge let down as 2 weeks is already a very short time to get it all set up, tested, optimized, tweaked and optimised etc. THEN 2 DAYs AFTER THAT "SUPPORT" CHAT, I get an email saying my trial has come to an end & that it's my last chance to save all my hard work on the apps that I barely even had chance to see because of this horrible experience that ends up wasting my time on something that COULD'VE been very helpful for my store. If only they didn't become like yet another one of the support-less ones that start off showing they care but quickly outgrow their support & care for client mindsets. Very... NO, EXTREMELY dissapointed because I really did have high hopes for Debutify. After being called "liar" to my face & treated as less than worthy for even a TRIAL experience, I've lost interest. It really helps kickstart entrepreneurs on their journeys to making their first sales. Pros With Debutify's main theme, I am able to give e-commerce and Shopify beginners a beautiful theme to start their journey with. It is very intuitive and fits well into the platform's structure. Customize-able pages and the myriad of options allow for high converting stores that aid in the success of a store owner. It is also beginner friendly in that instructions within Shopify's interface are easily understandable. Cons There are some areas that are still unclear, for example logo placement on the homepage and why it uses a default logo. All the features I needed without paying a bunch of money Pros I loved the customization options and free applications that came with my subscription extremely helped me out. The customer service is so interactive in your issue, bet it will get resolved. I loved this theme so much for my small business and only at $20 a month, It is 100% worth it. They have a free version but I didn't stay on that long, Once I upgraded, never even looked back at going free Cons I liked the free apps but I think instead of 3 apps for the lowest plan there could be maybe 5 in the future as more apps get on the list. Reason for choosing Debutify Theme Shopify free apps or themes didn't offer what debutify did, and at the price of dubity. I couldn't ask for anything better. Worked so well when we had out business. Pros As someone who is new to e-commerce debutify is easy to set up and has all the basic functionality that you need, as my business picked up k was able to subscribe to a package that gave me more features. Overall I did not have to pay for as many add ons as this package has allot of built in features. When I had an issue I was able to get quick support. Cons It would like to see more features such as product magnifier, order track, analytics and data to provide insights. Cons We decided to test Debutify as a potential alternative for our current Shopify custom store.. we were on a free trial that included all Debutify Add ons... Support was terrible.. Simple Insta Feed Token problem which looks like a bug that freezes the theme and prevents you from doing any customization to it has been reported to support, Literally, it has been over two weeks and they haven't addressed the problem or provided a fix.. all i am getting from their live chat support that we are waiting for the technical team to reply and please allow them time! Unbelievable, how could they think its okay for a business owner to wait that long for potentially a problem on a LIVE WEBSITE... As much as we were excited about the theme and ready to commit to their Hustler plan to start with, we are now seriously concerned about the lack of proper support and what damage it could bring to the business. How can you not have subcategories? If you have jewelry you can't have Necklaces, Earrings, Bracelets. Instead everything has to go under Jewelry. What a mess for the customer. The theme can't put a collection on sale because there is no way to do it. This was a very frustrating theme and I should have known when it wasn't in the Shopify app theme store that there was a problem. Shopify does things right but this theme is just some thrown together concoction that is piecemeal at best. Pros I liked the fact that you could develop the front page into a fairly good looking page but other than that nothing else really works. Cons YOU CANNOT use subcategories with this theme. You CANNOT publish a sale for induvial collections with this theme. You CANNOT put your out of stock to the bottom of the page with this them. THERE are so many standard things you simply cannot do with this theme. There is a reason this them is not in the Shopify theme store and now I know why. It would never pass Shopify standards. Reason for choosing Debutify Theme Because of the hype. It all looked so good in the videos. The promises made were extraordinary the only problem was they couldn't live up to most of them. It looked so good as most and they are so good at promising everything. But most of it is smoke and mirrors and they just could not deliver. I should have known better. Owner Consumer Goods Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Average interface/ horrible support/ worthless unless paid version " December 11, 2020 1.0 After my issue, Shopify told me (not debutify) that there was a link to their chat, and when I was chatting with debutify, I was told I was lucky to get ‘such support’ and that ‘the theme works perfectly until the trial ends’. Then you have a site that is extremely limited and the only way to fix it is to pay a monthly subscription. Shopify has free themes that will let you do this, no brained. Pros Seemed easy to set up, my first attempt and at my very first impression it was relatively easy for novice use Cons Once built, very limited on various settings(ie font size various places), I get it, it’s a cookie cutter program. Once trial ended my site was badically neutered because I could no longer add video to my product pages, I didn’t find out until I finally ran a campaign, and after a full day of trying to install video descriptions, I heard back from the email I had send to support. The chat box on their home page only offered email support and a day when you are running last minute xmas deals is a REAL PROBLEM!!! Little assembly required and it makes my store look great. When I want to change something it only takes me a few moments. I haven’t experienced any technical issues in the entire 6 months I’ve used debutify. A nice looking store website is important for sales and debutify helps make that happen. I really like this theme. Pros The truth is that it has worked excellently for me to sell my products, I like that it is simple and practical, it has all the settings I need to sell my products correctly. Cons The only thing I do not like is that there are some settings that I could not modify well, it is the checkout, I do not have much knowledge to work with CSS, there should be an option to add images and text more intuitively from the theme. Pros A guy online told me about Debutify to work with Shopify as a theme and it changed my life. I couldn't believe that it's actually free and the customer service help I needed when I first started to iron out a few things I wasn't sure about, was fantastic. I love how it can magnify over mockup images so the customer can see the details in the product. It's so easy now I know how to work it and functional. Would, and have, recommended it to others. Pros I tried debutify for one of my stores because it's a good looking theme, and the base version is free. For a free theme, it looks better than the free themes offered by Shopify. I also liked that it offered upgrades. Cons I haven't used support since early on, because I haven't done much with the theme since then. But at the time, right after their launch, support was not very responsive. Perhaps they're more attentive now, but I wouldn't know. I was also disappointed to see that all the upgrades are offered on a SaaS model. I understand the benefits of SaaS, but for a theme "widget", it doesn't make much sense to me. It also makes those little upgrades prohibitively expensive over time. I've had a few minor bugs with the theme, but nothing too bad. It does register as slow on google speed test, but I still have growing search traffic, so who knows the whole story with that...
