Overall, this switch was very easy and I am glad we chose ReadySign. Pros We recently switched from another service to ReadySign. The process was easy and everyone was very helpful. The product fits our needs and is a great value. Cons The only item that our prior service had that ReadySign does not yet would be loading multiple PDFs into a template. We have some templates that are mulit PDF that required some work arounds to get completed. The staff was very helpful in coming up with a solution that would work and has put our request on the list for future enhancements with the service. Alternatives considered [PandaDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/131735/PandaDoc/) Reason for choosing ReadySign I chose ReadySign because their service had all the template options that were needed to make our process efficient. Best support I have had in a long time with a company. They respond to emails, phone and help do some of the tidiest work if needed. Pros Support, Price, Ease of use for both end users and back of the house. Support is the best thing about this product. Cons The ability to control the reminders, and turn off the required and non required blue tabs on the surveys. Every field has a blue flag which is confusing to end users. I appreciate the prompt and attentive customer support. Pros As an education provider, we have myriad uses for electronic signature software - from parental communications needing signature to in-house authorizations. The fact that our plan features unlimited envelope usage means we don't have to do a cost-benefit analysis before deciding to send an envelope or worry about going over our limit. So we take full advantage. Cons As a new product, it is still improving. I would like easier search capability for documents that are in the archive. Customer support is very responsive and I feel confident suggestions for improvement are taken seriously and will be addressed. These require lots of signatures, which are easily obtained with ReadySign. Since ReadySign also stores the documents in a super secure platform, there is never a need to scan, save and upload the document. You can simply download the electronic version! Pros During the COVID-19 pandemic, my company suddenly realized that we needed an electronic signing platform that was easy for everyone to use. ReadySign solved this issue! The best part about this software is that it allows anyone to electronically sign without having to download another program. You can easily sign from your phone, or computer! I love that you can simply open the platform and immediately see where everyone is in the signing process. You can even send additional notifications with just a click of a button. AWESOME product! Cons The company is constantly working on improvements and updates, so I can't think of anything negative to report. I have actually contacted the company before with suggestions, and BOOM! They make it happen. Reason for choosing ReadySign I choose ReadySign over other products because of the ease of use. I also love that parents and teachers can electronically sign right from their phones! I had an easy and smooth time transitioning from using DocuSign, and I have consistently found the program very easy to use. Aside from the two things described above, I have found ReadySign to be perfect and have had no issues. Pros I love that ReadySign is user-friendly and easy to use. The interface is very easy to understand, and my favorite feature is the Audit Trail, which is really comprehensive and so helpful when keeping track of documents that have a lot of signers. ReadySign is also less expensive than competitors and is the same (and in some aspects better) than other similar electronic signature apps. Cons I think the feature that is missing that I would like to see is the ability to send multiple users the document at once and then have it go to another person after all of the first users signed. For example, instead of either being sent to "all signers at once" or "to signers in order" there were a way to send it to 1st: Signer A, Signer B, Signer C and then 2nd: Signer C. Also, the only other thing is that sometimes it is hard to get the signature line exactly on the line on the document. The little signature block has a tendency to jump up and down and not go smoothly onto the line on the document consistently. Getting signature and consent with mail was taking an extreme amount of time and students were having to wait for services. With electronic signature options, children are getting the services they need and we are able to conduct our meetings effectively. Pros This software has allowed our organization to both develop custom templates as well and individualize forms to send for signature. The formatting of forms is very easy use which allows us to use this with any form. The system is very easy for families to navigate and sign forms electronically. It is actually hard to pick one thing that I like most about this software -- there are several things that are excellent: it is easy to use (once you learn how, which is not difficult), it allows us to collect secure and valid signatures by email without extra scanning, it sends automatic reminders to our outside signers, so they get prompted by the system instead of us needing to find a polite way to ask if they've reviewed the document yet, AND it has an audit trail so I can see exactly when the signature request was made, when the reminder went out, and if it has/has not been signed. I could not go back to the way we did this before!! Cons I have to think to come up with a negative for this review -- I would have to say that some of the menu items could be a little clearer. Perhaps it would be nice if there were little "hover notes" that could be toggled on and off, that would tell the user what a menu item is for. Pros The ability to send an unlimited amount of envelopes out for a set price is a game changer. When you have to pay for each packet you send with other products, you find yourself finding reasons why you shouldn't use the platform so that you can avoid the cost. Cons The inability to replace the underlying document once you have marked it up with fillable fields. September 7, 2021 5.0 Pros Working in the world of special education, my day is filled with paperwork! This product allows me to get everyone (even people outside of my organization) to sign documents, quickly and with great ease. Cons I would love some sort (like 1-2 min) videos to share with my teachers and staff on how to use the product. I also don't like that I misspelled a name wrong once, and I can't seem to edit it back to the correct persons name. This means I can't use the autofill feature. You need to click and drag signature, date, and more. You can save signer info to use it in the future. The audit trail is easy to read. Cons I'm working with about 200 students. I can not track individual student completion as a list on a page. I need to go and check them.
