Customer support was also excellent, they replied immediately and answered our question. Pros We tested several different flipbook platforms. Heyzine had everything we needed, was simple to use, and was the lowest cost by a long way. We particularly appreciated how well it works on different platforms (tablet, desktop, smartphone), the way it enables pdf downloads, and how the basic account includes three team members. Cons Currently there doesn't seem to be anything missing in terms of our requirements. Reason for choosing Heyzine It had every single feature we needed and was by far the lowest pricing and best price structure. It also allowed three team members on the basic account. I had to spend a little time figuring out how to incorporate InDesign into the workflow, but once I figured that out, it works great. Pros I love the ability to catalog my hundreds of resources and be able to link to them. Cons I stumbled around about initially as I tried to incorporate Adobe InDesign in to the workflow. Dashboard is comprehensive - hope they implement as native the number of views (it is available but I had to ask). Pros As the title may suggest, the ease of use by the creator (me) and the public to view my publication on a variety of devices makes this a solid solution for many companies. You can also make corrections/add updates and have the updated version viewable in a short time. This space is a very promising space for e-publishers. Cons When making corrections, I had to upload an entirely new book, instead of just the pages that needed correction.
