Pros

I have used for six months so far and I really appreciate its features in terms of working flow and task management. The backend is quick and responsive and navigating through the different pages is easy also for those who have never used a tool like this one.

Cons

No one so far. If I have to be scrupulous I have experienced some small bag in the calendar but solved in 5 minutes with marvelous customer care.

Assolutamente soddisfatto. Con le funzionalità che offre questo CRM ho potuto finalmente disattivare i vari crm che usavo ed ora riesco a lavorare usando solo questo.

Il fatto che abbia funzionalità per le quali servirebbero più servizi diversi. E soprattutto, il prezzo! Stiamo parlando di un risparmio davvero importante rispetto ai competitor...

i colori dell'interfaccia, preferirei colori più basic

Verrebbe da dire "è il CRM ideale per le piccole attività". Ma l'affermazione messa così è sbagliata. Eppure la sensazione è quella... perché? Per la sua immediatezza e semplicità di utilizzo. è talmente tanto intuitivo da sembrare "semplice".Invece racchiude tutte le funzionalità che servono veramente alle PMI italiane.

Cons

Arrivando da altre piattaforme, forse modificherei in parte la UX, ma è una sensazione personale e forzata avendo già un background precedente.

La versione gratuita era già buona, il software si è evoluto bene, senza esagerare e con le prossime integrazioni sarà perfetto. I piani a pagamento sono corretti e per le aziende numerose il prezzo è molto competitivo

la gestione dell' interfaccia è ottimale, la soluzione dei ticket interni ed esterni perfetta, sopratutto se ben gestita sui social, molteplici le integrazioni ancora in aumento. Molto apprezzata la possibilità del profilo pubblico per interagire con altri utenti

Cons

preferirei qualche possibilità in più nel post, come link, file etc

Il servizio è molto valido. Vale la pena provarlo e valutare se può integrarsi o sostituire pezzi del proprio workflow lavorativo.

Pros

Può sostituire benissimo trello e CRM troppo evoluti. Sicuramente è più semplice da utilizzare rispetto a mega prodotti come salesforce o nomi altisonanti. Bella la UI e anche la gestione del team.

Cons

Il software manca ancora di qualche funzionalità e integrazione con servizi di terze parti. Rimane positivo che basta scrivere al supporto per ricevere informazioni e nuove funzionalità.

E' uno strumento semplice da utilizzare e allo stesso tempo eclettico e con grandi potenzialità di personalizzazione. Tutte le sue parti sono in qualche modo interconnesse, in particolare sono molto utili le "Connessioni"... e ne sto ancora studiando tutte le potenzialità! C'è la possibilità di utilizzare illuminatamente una versione gratuita e quelle a pagamento hanno un costo competitivo. Utile non solo per realtà professionali o aziendali, ma anche per organizzare la vita personale e familiare.

Cons

Non ho ancora trovato particolari "svantaggi", considerata anche la possibilità di lavorare con con personalizzazioni e la loro disponibilità all'ascolto.

Molto utile nella gestione quotidiana delle attività sia riguardanti il team di lavoro/organizzazione che si gestisce come amministratore, che dei clienti/organizzazioni con cui si collabora.In questo caso possiede anche caratteristiche proprie dei CRM, dove infatti si possono analizzare statistiche sull'andamento dei vari progetti/attività delle organizzazioni/clienti con cui si collabora/si offre una consulenza.Interfaccia user-friendly ed intuitiva.Comodo anche per la gestione dei potenziali clienti.

Cons

Se proprio devo sottolineare qualche aspetto da migliorare, potrebbe essere legato a funzionalità proprie dei CRM strategico/operativi, ovvero quello dell'analisi delle performance aziendali (lato vendite) di ogni specifico cliente/organizzazione che si gestisce o con cui si collabora.
