Pros Grazie alla sua semplicità, il sistema mi ha garantito una immediata implementazione e una facile accettazione da parte dei miei collaboratori. Ho provato in passato altri sistemi che poi abbiamo abbandonato. Il sistema di ticketing poi è una chicca. Poter dare questo strumento anche ai propri clienti e poterlo utilizzare per i propri reparti è un unicum che non ho trovato in altri sistemi. Pros È in fase di sviluppo.. a breve integrano le email e la sincronizzazione con altri plug-in, ma l'impostazione del prodotto è lungimirante. La utilizziamo in questa fase come Project Management perché ci permette di invitare anche terze persone alla collaborazione di un progetto o su singoli task. Interfaccia pulita e gradevole.
