If I have to be scrupulous I have experienced some small bag in the calendar but solved in 5 minutes with marvelous customer care. Pros La semplicità e la modalità d'uso, l'interfaccia e il mettersi "nei panni" di chi ne fa uso, fosse un professionista o fosse anche un imprenditore. Troppo spesso fogli e cartelle excel causali, leads non opportunamento inseriti in anagrafica, dispendio di energie per ricercare documenti e condivisione, fanno di questo CRM un potente mezzo per dedicarsi al business con un supporto affidabile, leggero e versatile. Cons Il piacere di meno è relativo, non è un difetto, anzi, lo vedrei come una ulteriore opportunità di evoluzione a seconda della scalabilità di uso per i tasks dei progetti, oggi non prioritario ma chissà in futuro. È un po' diverso da altri sw per la gestione di ticket ma una volta presa la mano è rapido e completo. Ottima la parte di punti elenco con relativo check per le attività terminate. Qualche problema con le notifiche quando vengono caricati file o aggiornati i progetti. Assistenza ottima e veloce. Cons Mi piacerebbe che sia più veloce e immediata la gestione dei ticket esterni. Una volta creato il ticket e inserita la mail del cliente sarebbe bello avere la possibilità di creare testi prefatti di apertura e chiusura ticket ecc..
