Since this is integrated to powerpoint. I do not need to change from a tab to another tab while presenting and having an activity for my students. Thus every classes becomes time efficient. Pros Classpoint is very useful for sharing opportunities both for the students and the teacher. As a demo teacher, this is helpful for getting the ideas of my class as a whole, also a good tool for assessing the students. Cons As a student, only the free trial is the only access I have and I only able to use 5 questions per slide. But of course, my resourcefulness is challenged and I use to maximise the 5 questions for rngaging and compelling class. I know I could do a lot more with the full version Pros I've been looking forward to helping the learners in our community have ease in their Modular Dillemeas. I was able to conduct online classes before using digital whiteboards. It was helpful and all until it came to a point that I got bored using it. It has only a single function. Yes the digital board I was using was only limited to visual representation. It also requires creativity to make each presentation attractive and interesting to the viewers. Until i was able to hear classpoint from a coleague and began exploring it. Its a whole new experience. It is a complete package with different options on how to deliver instructions to make it more interesting. It also collects and analyze data which is important for our job in conducting formative and summative assessments. how I wish to have known this sooner. If I only have the financial capacity, I would love to subscribe to this app for sure. It's too bad that my current financial status limits me to the free trial version. I hope I could afford this app the soonest time possible. ClassPoint resolves this problem. Pros very easy to install and use. All required features for keeping the class interactive are there in a single application. As it is an add-in of power point, it feels like a part of PowerPoint which provides a great convenience to the user. Easy to access tutorials provide all knowledge you need to use the features of ClassPoint. Cons if you see the responses of participant in a Slide drawing activity, you don't have a 'Back' button to come back without stopping the activity. you have to click 'X' in the window and close it. Then you loose all the responses you have received by that moment. Then you have to start it again which makes participant disappointed. Delivering lessons/materials now become more entertaining and students love it as well. Pros 1\. It's affordable than other products 2. Easy to install 3. Free/Basic plan is really helpful, especially for some teachers who are still thinking that paying for paid-version is quite challenging. (Yes, seriously in some parts of the world there're still a lot of teachers who get monthly-wage by around $10-30) 4. Responsive support. I had a problem with the outdated VSTO runtime in my OS, contacted the CS, then in less than 7 minutes, I got a reply/guidance. And I could fix it. 5. Complete resources/documentation for self-tutoring. I often watch their videos to improve my PowerPoint skills. Cons I don't want to say, no. But actually, so far I really love this PPT add-in. I have nothing to complain. I think this should be a software every PowerPoint user should use on their own presentations. Besides being fun and engaging, it also helps a lot on the making of the presentations theirself.
