### "Easy Esign"

August 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, it is a very userfriendly signing software for sending documents securely through email and saving electronically.

Pros

I like that when I receive a file I can immediately open it in Dochub and edit where I need to before uploading it to send on email. There are lots of youtube videos to provide support if you are having trouble accessing a feature or you can chat with support quickly.

Cons

The cost is the only downside. There are lots of apps and software that do the same thing for less of a cost. I don't like that not as many people use it to sign pdf documents as other softwares.

### "DocHub is a great value for price"

December 17, 2025

4.0

I have enjoyed using the product. I only switched away from it because my project management software doesn't integrate with it. Otherwise, I would continue to happily use DocHub for contract and LOE signings. It integrates well with Google Drive, which is handy. And the template are easy to use or create.

Pros

I like that it integrate with Google docs. And once I got over the learning curve, it's quite easy to use.

Cons

I didn't like that everything is in icon form (rather than a drop-down menu with words), so I had to teach myself what all the icons meant in order to know what to use, e.g. how to add a text box or a date box, etc.

### "Good budget software, needs better templates."

October 22, 2024

3.0

Cheaper than docusign, easy to custmize, useless template system for my use case.

Pros

Easy to customize documents. Writing real estate purchase agreements I need to do a lot of custom things, nothing is every the same.

Cons

I absolutely cannot use your template system the way it is setup and it costs me so much time. If I can ever find a system that has better templates and still lets me customize after starting from a template I'll be switching. I don't know the use case for your current system but it doesn't work for me.

### "A great Small Business Document Prep Tool"

December 27, 2025

4.0

Overall, the benefits and usefulness of DocHub completely outweighs the problems I have with product "clunkiness"

Pros

DocHub is an excellent alternative to some of its competitors when it comes to simplicity and having a low tier of entry. Even the Freemium version of the app (which limits tools, signatures, and number of documents) is incredibly useful. Additionally, DocHub is still applicable if you work in an industry where security compliance (e.g. HIPAA) is necessary.

Cons

Some of the tools at times can feel clunky to use - particularly when utilizing the Templating feature. I still have yet to figure out how to fully utilize the tool when it comes to making reusable documents for things such as client intake and authorization forms.

### "Excellent! Use it every day for my job."

August 19, 2025

5.0

I have been using Doc Hub for over two years, and it has significantly streamlined my workflow. It saves both my clients and me a considerable amount of time while enabling me to complete my tasks efficiently.

Pros

The document editing and e-signature feature, along with the ability to convert Word documents into PDF, significantly streamlines my workflow and saves me a considerable amount of time.

Cons

It would be beneficial to include an editing feature that allows cropping and adjusting of the documents I am working on. Aside from this, I am satisfied with everything else.

### "Excellent Resource, just needs a little tweaking in background"

December 5, 2024

4.0

Over all I am a 7 out of 10, because of how helpful DH has been since I started permitting 5 years ago, but the last year has been challenging.

Pros

I primarily use DH professionally for Building Permits for houses, we have a business account with 5-6 users. So I am importing many documents into one. I appreciate the newer "divider" feature where I can minimize sections. I like how easy it is to request signatures from our team and from clients, etc. I also like how easily it integrates with cloud servers too, and easy to update existing files, etc. And though Customer Support is a bit "regimented", they are pretty quick to respond, but not always helpful if its outside of a simple fix.

Cons

I was using DH for 3 years, and as it has rolled out and added more features, I have noticed I am getting more errors. I do a lot of the same thing over and over, so I have templates I have made and use. Sometimes its fine, sometimes its not, and when its not I lose A LOT!!! of time trying to find work arounds, and eats up HOURS of work and having to make a copy and then a copy of a copy to get the file assembled that I need. And though I am within the file size restriction, Customer Support was unable to resolve it. But even so, I wish y'all would increase the size limit or offer that at another tier or something. I have even considered switching our company to another PDF editor, but I have a lot of time invested in DH, so I cant do that right now. And I dont say that to "threaten" our leaving, but I say it bc I think you have a GREAT product that needs some tweaking. I will give it some more time to see if it gets corrected. And I am open to a Video Conference call (where I can share my screen), but your customer support only will respond to email based comms. Let me know if we can work through it via video conferencing next time the error pops up.

### "Excellent software for forms and signatures. "

October 24, 2024

4.0

I have been using DocHub for about 5 years. It's an excellent software for forms and signatures. Very intuitive to use. It only takes a few minutes to set up a doc for signatures, and even easier if you set it up as a template.

Pros

It's easy to use - highly intuitive and also cost effective.

Cons

The only suggestions I have are: - I wish you could set the font type and size as a setting. I like to have the fill in text boxes the same font as our agreement, and I have to change it every single time I put in a text box. - It would be amazing if text boxes could reference each other. Our signers have to put in their name in several places - would be great if they filled it in once and it populated the others. Also - a small but meaningful number of times over the past year, the date field either becomes unavailable or not required when sending a request. I'm not sure why that happens, but we screenshot to show the signers that we have it set up correctly, because they get annoyed when that happens, understandably. I have not been able to determine why, other than it seems better when the date field is dropped in and assigned immediately, without any other change.

### "Super PDF editor"

December 12, 2024

5.0

It’s a great tool. Any beginner will find it easy to use. Not expensive at all. And very helpful with handling documents quickly and easy. Everything from editing PDF's, creating filling forms, signing documents. Great tool!

Pros

What i like the most is i can create reusable tempmates.and doesn't have to create a new document each time. Its so convenient and time saving.

Cons

It's very basi. For those who are looking for more modern designs might not be the best fit. I dont need fancy and visually appealing experience, so it's more than enough.

### "I like dochub"

October 23, 2024

5.0

Overall, my experience has been and remains excellent.

Pros

First, I like the economy. Second, the interface is easy to deal with. Third, the instructions are more than reasonably helpful. There is always a learning curve, but getting to a degree of competence in the use of the app was incredibly quick and easy.

Cons

I don't really have significant complaints. I try to make sure that my installation of fields is relatively pleasing to the eye, but the alignment tools leave a little to be desired.

### "Easy to use and well integrated with Google Drive"

October 22, 2024

Excellent experience that makes getting certified rasterised signed documents very simple.

Pros

Excellent integration with Google Drive so I can open any Google document and other types of document in DocHub directly from Google Drive to get them converted to PDFs and issued for electronic signature.

Cons

### "DocHub is Easy to Use and Extremely Helpful With Document Management."

August 30, 2025

5.0

Extremely Positive experience. This app is very easy to use, and extremely helpful. Given that I do not have a scanner or Adobe Acrobat, this app (and site) allows me to circumvent those issues most of the time.

Pros

DocHub is wonderful because it allows me to access, modify, sign, save and send important documents. I use it most to upload, complete, and sign important documents such as contracts or work documents.

Cons

There is very little negative to say about this app. Every once and a while there will be a glitch, and a document will not upload. This is rare, but is frustrating when it occurs.

### "Dochub, an office in your pocket."

October 24, 2024

5.0

My overall experience with DocHub has been excellent. It's a user-friendly platform that simplifies the process of managing documents, especially for converting them into legal forms. The ability to upload from both my PC and cellphone makes it incredibly convenient, and with just a few clicks, my documents are ready for use. As a real estate broker, DocHub has become an essential tool, allowing me to manage contracts, sign forms, and handle paperwork on the go. It’s like having my entire office in my pocket, making my workflow more efficient and streamlined. Highly recommended for professionals who need flexibility and reliability in document management.

Pros

DocHub is an incredibly easy tool for converting documents into legal forms. Simply upload from your PC or cellphone, and with just a few clicks, you're ready to go. As a real estate broker, it's the perfect solution to keep my office in my pocket, accessible wherever I am.

### "User Friendly & Efficient for Business Needs"

October 23, 2024

4.0

Greatly eases my work flow, with creating PDFs for contracts and work reports, and generally gets good feedback from my clients on the signing end of things.

Pros

It's very user friendly. I like that I can upload images into PDFs automatically, so that I don't need to use a 3rd party site in between.

Cons

I'd say about 1/3 of the time, when I send a sign request, the app glitches. It leaves a blank, non-fillable box, instead of the signing option. I've noticed this only happens when the app detects fillable fields, as opposed to when it's just a line to sign on, and I have to place the signature field there myself.

### "Excellent, Reliable, and Affordable Document Signing Platfor"

October 22, 2024

5.0

My overall experience with DocHub has been excellent. It's user-friendly, has all the features I need, and has been a reliable platform for document signing for several years. The pricing is fair, and it’s a solid alternative to more expensive options like DocuSign.

Pros

I've been using DocHub for about 5-6 years, and it's been a fantastic experience. The platform is simple, easy to use, and offers great value, much like DocuSign but with better pricing. I'm really happy with the service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable document signing platform.

Cons

There's very little to dislike about DocHub. If I had to mention something, it would be that there are occasional delays in loading large documents, but it's not a major issue.

### "DocHub Review: A Lifesaver for Our Dog Adoption and Surrender Processes"

October 7, 2024

5.0

As a dog rescue organization, we rely heavily on efficient processes to ensure the well-being of our furry friends. DocHub has become an invaluable tool for us, and we use it weekly to facilitate the signing of contracts for dog adoptions and surrenders. The platform’s user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to upload documents and get them signed electronically. This is a game-changer for us, as we often deal with people who are eager to finalize their adoption or surrender agreements quickly. With DocHub, we can send documents for signing in just a few clicks, eliminating the need for paper and streamlining our workflow. One of the standout features is the ability to customize documents. We can easily create templates for our contracts, which saves us time and ensures consistency across all our agreements. Plus, the ability to track the status of documents and send reminders is a huge help in keeping everything on schedule. In a world where every moment counts, DocHub has allowed us to focus more on what truly matters—finding loving homes for our dogs and supporting pet owners in need. We honestly couldn't imagine operating without it! If you’re involved in any kind of organization that requires signing documents, I highly recommend giving DocHub a try. It’s a true lifesaver!

Pros

Slick and easy interface, enables us to quickly and easily send out documents for signing

Cons

It's a very small gripe, but the date box could do with being a bit bigger by default for our contracts.
