### "Easy Esign"

August 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, it is a very userfriendly signing software for sending documents securely through email and saving electronically.

Pros

I like that when I receive a file I can immediately open it in Dochub and edit where I need to before uploading it to send on email. There are lots of youtube videos to provide support if you are having trouble accessing a feature or you can chat with support quickly.

Cons

The cost is the only downside. There are lots of apps and software that do the same thing for less of a cost. I don't like that not as many people use it to sign pdf documents as other softwares.

### "DocHub is a great value for price"

December 17, 2025

4.0

I have enjoyed using the product. I only switched away from it because my project management software doesn't integrate with it. Otherwise, I would continue to happily use DocHub for contract and LOE signings. It integrates well with Google Drive, which is handy. And the template are easy to use or create.

Pros

I like that it integrate with Google docs. And once I got over the learning curve, it's quite easy to use.

Cons

I didn't like that everything is in icon form (rather than a drop-down menu with words), so I had to teach myself what all the icons meant in order to know what to use, e.g. how to add a text box or a date box, etc.

### "Good budget software, needs better templates."

October 22, 2024

3.0

Cheaper than docusign, easy to custmize, useless template system for my use case.

Pros

Easy to customize documents. Writing real estate purchase agreements I need to do a lot of custom things, nothing is every the same.

Cons

I absolutely cannot use your template system the way it is setup and it costs me so much time. If I can ever find a system that has better templates and still lets me customize after starting from a template I'll be switching. I don't know the use case for your current system but it doesn't work for me.

### "A great Small Business Document Prep Tool"

December 27, 2025

4.0

Overall, the benefits and usefulness of DocHub completely outweighs the problems I have with product "clunkiness"

Pros

DocHub is an excellent alternative to some of its competitors when it comes to simplicity and having a low tier of entry. Even the Freemium version of the app (which limits tools, signatures, and number of documents) is incredibly useful. Additionally, DocHub is still applicable if you work in an industry where security compliance (e.g. HIPAA) is necessary.

Cons

Some of the tools at times can feel clunky to use - particularly when utilizing the Templating feature. I still have yet to figure out how to fully utilize the tool when it comes to making reusable documents for things such as client intake and authorization forms.

### "Excellent! Use it every day for my job."

August 19, 2025

5.0

I have been using Doc Hub for over two years, and it has significantly streamlined my workflow. It saves both my clients and me a considerable amount of time while enabling me to complete my tasks efficiently.

Pros

The document editing and e-signature feature, along with the ability to convert Word documents into PDF, significantly streamlines my workflow and saves me a considerable amount of time.

Cons

It would be beneficial to include an editing feature that allows cropping and adjusting of the documents I am working on. Aside from this, I am satisfied with everything else.

### "Excellent Resource, just needs a little tweaking in background"

December 5, 2024

4.0

Over all I am a 7 out of 10, because of how helpful DH has been since I started permitting 5 years ago, but the last year has been challenging.

Pros

I primarily use DH professionally for Building Permits for houses, we have a business account with 5-6 users. So I am importing many documents into one. I appreciate the newer "divider" feature where I can minimize sections. I like how easy it is to request signatures from our team and from clients, etc. I also like how easily it integrates with cloud servers too, and easy to update existing files, etc. And though Customer Support is a bit "regimented", they are pretty quick to respond, but not always helpful if its outside of a simple fix.

Cons

I was using DH for 3 years, and as it has rolled out and added more features, I have noticed I am getting more errors. I do a lot of the same thing over and over, so I have templates I have made and use. Sometimes its fine, sometimes its not, and when its not I lose A LOT!!! of time trying to find work arounds, and eats up HOURS of work and having to make a copy and then a copy of a copy to get the file assembled that I need. And though I am within the file size restriction, Customer Support was unable to resolve it. But even so, I wish y'all would increase the size limit or offer that at another tier or something. I have even considered switching our company to another PDF editor, but I have a lot of time invested in DH, so I cant do that right now. And I dont say that to "threaten" our leaving, but I say it bc I think you have a GREAT product that needs some tweaking. I will give it some more time to see if it gets corrected. And I am open to a Video Conference call (where I can share my screen), but your customer support only will respond to email based comms. Let me know if we can work through it via video conferencing next time the error pops up.

### "Excellent software for forms and signatures. "

October 24, 2024

4.0

I have been using DocHub for about 5 years. It's an excellent software for forms and signatures. Very intuitive to use. It only takes a few minutes to set up a doc for signatures, and even easier if you set it up as a template.

Pros

It's easy to use - highly intuitive and also cost effective.

Cons

The only suggestions I have are: - I wish you could set the font type and size as a setting. I like to have the fill in text boxes the same font as our agreement, and I have to change it every single time I put in a text box. - It would be amazing if text boxes could reference each other. Our signers have to put in their name in several places - would be great if they filled it in once and it populated the others. Also - a small but meaningful number of times over the past year, the date field either becomes unavailable or not required when sending a request. I'm not sure why that happens, but we screenshot to show the signers that we have it set up correctly, because they get annoyed when that happens, understandably. I have not been able to determine why, other than it seems better when the date field is dropped in and assigned immediately, without any other change.

### "I like dochub"

October 23, 2024

5.0

Overall, my experience has been and remains excellent.

Pros

First, I like the economy. Second, the interface is easy to deal with. Third, the instructions are more than reasonably helpful. There is always a learning curve, but getting to a degree of competence in the use of the app was incredibly quick and easy.

Cons

I don't really have significant complaints. I try to make sure that my installation of fields is relatively pleasing to the eye, but the alignment tools leave a little to be desired.

### "Great Value All the Features"

October 23, 2024

5.0

It's been great! It is very reliable with few to no outages. Overall a great document signing software.

Pros

Dochub is very affordable and is intuitive to use. It has all the features you would want from a document-signing software. You can create templates to send the same document to several people, you can edit documents, and it stores the documents in the cloud. Additionally, it integrates with Google Workspace so it connects to your Drive and Contacts, so you can easily upload documents and add signers.

Cons

When you are editing a document in DocHub you have to manually download it back into G-Drive, it is only editing the DocHub version, not the Drive version.

Very happy with the service. I look forward to using DocHub for the forseeable future.

Pros

I work in education and have lots of documents that require signature. Prior to using this service, it would often take a week to get documents returned to me. Now, using DocHub, 99% of my request are responded to the same day they are sent out. This has been a life-changer/saver.

### "I started using DocHub during Covid and then never stopped!"

October 24, 2024

4.0

I use DocHub more frequently at different times of the year. I started using it during Covid when I needed to have documents signed, and then others in my school thought it was a great tool- so they started using it as well. I

Pros

I like that it is super easy to get all of my documents signed in one place. I like that I can use it for multiple people at my school as well. I like that you can upload a handwritten signature. I like that it sends reminders to recipients to sign. I also like that it saves everything and I can go back and pull out old documents at any time.

Cons

I wish it would save the names and emails of the people that I ask to sign contracts most frequently so that I didn't have to type them in one by one every time.

### "DocHub is Easy to Use and Extremely Helpful With Document Management."

August 30, 2025

5.0

Extremely Positive experience. This app is very easy to use, and extremely helpful. Given that I do not have a scanner or Adobe Acrobat, this app (and site) allows me to circumvent those issues most of the time.

Pros

DocHub is wonderful because it allows me to access, modify, sign, save and send important documents. I use it most to upload, complete, and sign important documents such as contracts or work documents.

Cons

There is very little negative to say about this app. Every once and a while there will be a glitch, and a document will not upload. This is rare, but is frustrating when it occurs.

### "Efficient and Essential Tool for Document Management"

October 23, 2024

5.0

My overall experience with DocHub has been excellent. It’s become an essential tool in my role as a Headteacher, allowing me to manage, edit, and share documents efficiently. The platform is intuitive, integrates seamlessly with Google Drive, and makes signing and collaborating on documents easy. Although there are occasional delays with large files, the benefits far outweigh any minor inconveniences. DocHub has significantly improved the way we handle administrative tasks, making it a key part of our workflow.

Pros

I love how intuitive and easy DocHub is to use. The ability to edit, sign and share documents quickly has streamlined our workflow, saving time for both myself and my team. The seamless integration with Google Drive makes accessing and organising documents incredibly efficient. It’s especially helpful in my role as a Headteacher, where managing paperwork can often be overwhelming.

Cons

While DocHub is generally very user-friendly, occasionally the document loading times can be a bit slow, especially with larger files. Additionally, some of the more advanced editing tools could be enhanced for even greater functionality. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall efficiency it provides.

I use DocHub every day to write customer proposals and contracts. I don't know of anything else that I could use as a subtitute.

Cons

### "Great application!"

October 8, 2024

5.0

I usually have a good response. I know some people have difficulty when opening & signing documents with their phone. But after working with the support team, we believe it just seems to be a common user error.

Pros

I really like the ability to upload multiple documents and merge them in one file for signatures.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to find some documents. It may be a matter of how the system was set up. As the new "owner" of the account, it would be nice to go back and find documents that were sent when a coworker leaves or retires. But maybe it's just my ignorance of how the system works due to minimal training.
