Pros Excellent integration with Google Drive so I can open any Google document and other types of document in DocHub directly from Google Drive to get them converted to PDFs and issued for electronic signature. Cons I seem to have to enter the email addresses of people asked to sign a document each time I issue a document for signature. I'd prefer DocHub to allow me to keep email addresses used before and optionally pick from those. I thought that was strange, but I learned to live with it. Pros It's inexpensive and has been improving. It gets the job done a small business needs. The new improvements for adding new documents one at a time to collate is nice. Also, with the Google security, I'll very happy. Cons It's a little outdated looking, so it makes me feel I'm missing something. I know some people have difficulty when opening & signing documents with their phone. But after working with the support team, we believe it just seems to be a common user error. Pros I really like the ability to upload multiple documents and merge them in one file for signatures. Cons Sometimes it's difficult to find some documents. It may be a matter of how the system was set up. As the new "owner" of the account, it would be nice to go back and find documents that were sent when a coworker leaves or retires. I started using it during Covid when I needed to have documents signed, and then others in my school thought it was a great tool- so they started using it as well. I Pros I like that it is super easy to get all of my documents signed in one place. I like that I can use it for multiple people at my school as well. I like that you can upload a handwritten signature. I like that it sends reminders to recipients to sign. I also like that it saves everything and I can go back and pull out old documents at any time. Cons I wish it would save the names and emails of the people that I ask to sign contracts most frequently so that I didn't have to type them in one by one every time. I particularly like the annotation features, which allow me to comment, highlight, and fill out forms directly within the document. I also like the ability to send faxes directly through DocHub, which is a rare and very useful feature for situations where digital signatures aren't enough.
