Application Analyst Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Customize Setup" October 4, 2021 5.0 The DOH requires for various licensures that a Plan of Care is created or the ISP. Recently we built an assessment that enables the user to answer questions that will score the Resident's LOC then they select the task from the assessment and personalize. Once the form is locked it pushes over to the billing side service package and also pushes the tasks for scheduling. The buildings now print the ISP. Prior to this they would complete for form, create the tasks and then complete a Word document for the ISP. Pros I like the fact you can customize forms and create workflows that will combine several tasks into one easy flow. Cons Entering medical professionals needs to be done at the Enterprise level then linked to buildings. Reason for choosing Senior Living Core Platform Easier to use and allows us to customize. The ability to order medications and chart notes on the residents is not complicated Cons It took a while to get used to after using another program. Easy access into PCC and all information is separated out for easy review. I use the Senior Living component rarely, but when I do log over from our SNF platform, it is easy to find reports, nurses notes, med lists, ect. Pros What I like most is the Ease of use along with the diagnosis list and progress notes. So I can complete therapy reviews. Cons I have not found any areas of concern with my use of the platform. Pros Point Click Care does everything you need it to! It's easy to use and the company listens to customers and over time makes changes to the software based and user input. Cons You can't go wrong!
