If you are looking at automating any of your businesses processes make sure you call the Cyper IQ team to discuss your needs. Pros I like that Cypher IQ is a workflow management system that adapts to many applications within any business. The ability it gives businesses to be able to customize the system to their compliance and management requirements is second to no system I have used for WHS management. Cons There is not anything I can say I dislike about Cypher IQ. Our timing was fortunate as the workflows were put in place pre COVID and we would not have been able to function during that period without them. This has contributed to our paperless Finance section. Any changes have been integrated and the system improved over time. A pleasant experience overall. Pros Their understanding of our requirements. Designing and customising processes that meet our needs in an organisation with staff placed in many locations, a number of which are remote. Cons The only con would be the odd snag, however these have been dealt with in a timely manner.
