Wie im Titel bereits beschrieben: innovativ, flexibel, Kommunikationsstark und schnell im Support. Als Agentur haben wir verschiedene Kunden und unterschiedlichste Szenarien mit matelso besprochen und wir haben stets ein lösungsorientiertes Konzept erhalten, welches die Kundenanforderung sehr gut abbildet.

Pros

Die Plattform ist übersichtlich und hält dennoch einen sehr hohen Funktionsumfang bereit. Neben der Software gefällt mir vor allem der sehr gute Service und der schnelle Support.

Cons

Ich konnte keine Nachteile feststellen. Die REchnungslegung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn es einen Verbesserungsbedarf geben würde, dann lediglich in der Darstellung der Positionen bie der Rechnungserstellung.
