Es difícil encontrar buenos sistemas de firma a un precio accesible para pequeñas empresas. La mayoría de paquetes están pensados para multinacionales. Sin embargo, hago un uso residual del mismo. No mejoran la interface y el hecho de que limiten la API a un perfil de usuario produce que no pueda arreglar sus carencias estéticas, por lo que se me queda un producto vacío de contenido cuando trabajo con clientes que no son buenos con la tecnología. Esto se podría arreglar abriendo parcialmente el api a un % de contratos.Dado que no he trabajado la API no puedo hablar de integraciones con terceros programas.Espero que algún día permitan comprar un lote sin fecha de caducidad de firmas con API con un sistema de créditos. Realmente han hecho un producto innovador, pero no son muy buenos en la parte comercial. Pros Trabajo con varios sistemas de firma electrónica debido a que soy abogado y trabajo de forma remota. La relación calidad precio de la aplicación es correcta. Además, da mucha libertad para crear equipos profesionales con sus propias firmas. La trazabilidad de la firma me parece correcta y adecuada a la legislación europea. Cons En contra no tengo nada. Pero tiene una política de precios peculiar. Es una aplicación muy económica si no utilizas la API. En cambio, cuando utilizas la API el precio se asemeja a otras opciones del mercado. Esto no es ni bueno, ni malo. Pero si vas a hacer un uso avanzado debes tenerlo en cuenta. De otro lado, y esto me gusta menos, no están trabajando integraciones con software de contratos. También debes tenerlo en cuenta. Ahora bien, si lo que estás buscando es una herramienta sencilla, con un precio adecuado donde subiendo un PFD puedas realizar un contrato válido. ¡Es el sitio correcto! Ahorras mucho en comparación con otras soluciones. De otra, aunque el producto es estable da la sensación de que no se actualiza. Safety and confidentiality are strongly valued here. A complete audit trail is a big help. Pros This is confidential and safe. The audit and tracking reports were satisfying. The purchase price is affordable and a single payment but a period of service is given for free. Grabsign makes working from home possible and saves time in a variety of situations. In person signing is an option. The blue and white pages are readable and we like the look. Cons There have been hiccups. This just stopped operating and we couldn’t access the website to contact for help. We had chosen the free trial first but the trial term hadn’t ended and even so it wouldn’t explain the inability to go to the website. It was literally like they fell off the face of the earth. I don’t know what happened still. Pricing model is also very flexible that it suites everyone. Many features including documents security/privacy, easy-to-use and advanced reporting makes the service highly efficient over it's competitors. Pros Smart and elegant user interface with no complications at all, makes the signatures service use so effective. Adding documents, managing users, custom notifications and above all speedy reports are they key features. Cons Drag and Drop feature, while uploading documents could make the process more quicker.
