July 29, 2021 5.0 Great tool to get an inside perspective of perspective employers or business partners Pros I love that employees have an opportunity to share their experience which lends to some honest reviews. I also respect that the company can respond to share their perspective as well. Its a healthy platform that allows free speech. Cons its a pretty basic tool, I cant say there is anything that really annoys or bugs me. its a simple platform. Pros I do like the average salary feature, it can give you a good idea of what to shoot for within certain companies. Cons Cluttered, not super user friendly. I recommend taking a few minutes and read several of them, so that you can fairly evaluate the company that you are searching for. Cons Companies can submit requests to have a review removed. However, not as many companies use it but I wish more did. Pros Easy to use, mostly easy to navigate interface, company info all in one place and easy to access, review interface is easy to use Cons You have to have an account in order to view a significant amount of features, there was nothing else glaring. Nice tool for salary info, but not a big database for comments. It can be improved. Pros Best choice for understanding what jobs get overall salary (net or gross). Pros This is usually my go to spot for company reviews and pay rates when I am job hunting. It is also very easy to use. I found my current job on there and have been there for almost 2 years! Thank you! Pros I used this app when I was searching for a job. It was very helpful in being able to compare companies in their salary, how they treat people and how they rank amongst companies of the same caliber. Cons It could've been user error, but I did not like how I had to leave reviews just to be able to search for a job or view a posting. Loved it from day one Pros The evaluation function is an interesting concept. I evaluating what a company has to offer before applying.  Their job application tool has also improved in excellence lately. Cons Glassdoor is great, but I hope it resolves any concerns about jobs sent to me via email. This is an important component of all job search activities.
