Pros Glassdoor allows a user to post a company review anonymously, which is a benefit. Glassdoor is also user friendly. Cons When having fellow coworkers complete reviews for their company, Glassdoor requires they set up an account which can be a deterrent to completing a review. Pros I loved being able to check reviews of a job by actual legit employees. it also allowed you to check the pay for each position before you applied. Cons I set up a profile and submitted my resume several times. but then when I would go back to use the site again, it never saved my info. it had no option for support either. all it would do is block me from the info. Cons There are many job boards that offer free postings where you have to pay for the extra features. You have to pay to post and that drives up costs. Not small business friendly.
