Their fees are affordable and the user interface is simple.

Cons

They close accounts immediately and don't provide any information. It is very hard to work with iBanFirst without thinking about your money safety. They're not a trustable financial service provider.

L'account manager est tres reactif.

Pros

Le logiciel est efficace pour des conversions rapide et des transferts. L'account mananger est reactif pour annoncer les opportunités de change.

Cons

Il n'y a pas de rapport expert sur l'évolution possible des devises.Ce rapport serait un outil précieux qui aiderait à la strategie de change à moyen terme. Le reporting n'est pas facile à utiliser quand on le cherche une fois tous les 3 mois pour son comptable. Pas de deal possible sur les commissions en cas de gros change.

Pros

Facticité pour faire des payements et pour les achats de devises ergonomie et facilité d'utilisation sur la plus grande partie du cite (sauf achats a terme)

Cons

pour moi c'est pas logique que les renseignements sur les Achats a terme ce trouvent sous compte collatéral mais une fois qu'on sait on trouve aussi le plus important pour moi ''Détail des positions de change'' est un peu caché et il serait bien d'avoir les totaux la dessous et la moyenne des taux sur les achat a terme faits
