The value for money is exceptional with a constantly updated solution which gives you the answers you need. No intense training needed and staff can learn at their own pace. The system has really helped me get control of my business and it's costs as well as making sure our products leave the factory on-time. Very user friendly. Cons Nothing I could think of at the moment - we have been using the system 6 months are we are constantly surprised by it. Its great for small business who don't want to higher costs or features of some of the more advanced systems Pros We've been with Fraction for a number of years now and it's constantly evolving. any issues are met with rapid resolutions and suggested improvements are considered and if agreed actioned quickly. It was a breath of fresh air to go from a convoluted and clunky system to such a slick and user friendly one. From setting up customer and supplier records right through to raising an invoice the process is simple, yet all of the information is there and easy to find. Even making changes is simple, when, in the past with other systems, it has either been impossible or very long winded. The support that we are given is second to none, the team are more than happy to listen to feedback and have made a few tweaks that have made our lives even easier.I would recommend Fraction 100% to any business.
