My experience has been amazing, and I have used this software in several of my businesses. Nothing bad to say at all.

Pros

Great for business marketing, user-friendly interface, and great value for the money. The learning curve is almost non-existent and it has many amazing features for you to personalize your requests.

Cons

If there was one issue I wish there was a solution for... I wish there were integrations for Qualia. It would be great to add this feature so once I mark a file complete, it automatically sends out the review request.

Our overall experience has been excellent. Frankly, much better than expected. Support provided through actaul humans in a timely manner.

Pros

We've been seeking an affordable methodology for obtaining Reviews for several years without success. Need less to say we were skeptical at the outset of our demo but ended up being completely surprised. The setup support was extraordinary and go us up and running within a few days. Results were almost instantaneous resulting in a 30% increase in just the first month. The application is simple to use and requires little to no additional followup.

Cons

Gmail users seem way more likely to leave reviews as the experience is more seamless for them. Not certain how this might be addressed.

We are using True Reviews to collect reviews from our B2C clients. Our previous third-party solution was delivering declining responses and was limited. I found it very easy to get GTM's brand set-up and our first requests sent out. The scheduling feature for sending batch requests is a great feature.

Pros

Very easy to use and get up and running. The learning curve is minimal. True Review offers several options for how the review rating is displayed. Customization of messaging is simple to do. The dashboard is effective for getting a snapshot of current state of your reviews and requests. There are tutorials and a search functionality for help files if you need it. TrueReview's verified email domain for sending our email requests is a plus to ensure good deliverability.

Cons

I wish that you could have multiple users for free so that service people could send out a request to someone they helped over chat or phone.

What we value most about TrueReview is how simple and reliable the platform is for consistently generating authentic patient feedback. We also appreciate the responsive customer support and the clear reporting dashboard, which makes it easy to track performance and identify opportunities to improve patient experience.

Pros

It makes getting reviews so easy. They help you set up your campaign and then it is just plug in the customer information and the review requests go out.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to figure out how to set up the campaign, but they help set you up the first time so it's not a big deal.

Staff is helpful. We have gotten more reviews than in the past using this. One thing I really like is that you can text it or email and it send automatic reminders for you.

Pros

I like how simple it is to use. We were able to integrate it into our CRM easily through Zapier and worked great!

Cons

We have not had any negative experience with TrueReview. Training was quick and easy and we were able to use right away without complications.

Overall, it has been a great tool for our business, and we would definitely recommend it to other small businesses looking for an efficient and streamlined way to manage and grow their online reviews.

Pros

As a small business, finding efficient ways to manage our time and grow our online presence is incredibly important. True Review has made the process of obtaining client reviews so much easier by automating what used to be a very manual task for our team through mass text messaging and emails. The automation has been extremely effective and has helped us gather feedback from our clients without adding extra administrative work to our day. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the number of reviews we receive since implementing it. The interface is user-friendly, and everything is organized in a way that makes it simple to set up campaigns, monitor results, and manage reviews.

Cons

One improvement we would love to see is a different way of organizing requests after they are sent out. While the existing filters are a nice feature, it would be very helpful to organize requests by the date of a specific campaign and then quickly narrow the list down to contacts who did not leave a review. That functionality would make follow-up campaigns much easier to manage.

I had met with a handful of different review system providers and was starting to feel they were all the same. Expensive, tried locking me into a contract and left me feeling like we needed to keep our review requests in house, which was not what our company needed at the point of growth we were at. I met with the people at TrueReview and automatically was impressed. Pricing was my main seller then no contract was my second. I didn't expect the support to be as amazing it was. They really make sure you feel comfortable with the system and features.

Pros

True review was simple, straightforward, very easy to use. The support was amazing and follow up was very responsive and friendly.

Cons

Nothing. I have had no issues with anything with this company. I have been highly impressed with all features TrueReview offers. Especially the follow up to ensure any issues are resolved

Their care team is super good; they hop on a call anytime I have any questions or needs. They really thought the system out, and I appreciate it a lot.

Pros

True Review is the perfect solution for my company and is super affordable. We are using it across multiple locations and companies. The ability to email and text has been incredibly valuable.

Cons

The Zapier integrations have been iffy. We linked our QBO, but sometimes the phone number appears, and sometimes it does not, which means no text goes out.

Regarding the phone number issue, we took a closer look and the inconsistency is occurring on the QuickBooks side, where the phone number is not always present in the data being sent. When the number is included in QuickBooks, Zapier and TrueReview process it correctly and the text is sent without issue. If the number is missing upstream, no SMS can be triggered. True Review is user friendly and easy to navigate. It offers email and text messaging. There are various features that allow you to show your style for your business.

I wish Yelp app was available to connect. Hopefully soon it will be added as an option. Besides that I love it.

Regarding Yelp, we completely understand the request. Unfortunately, Yelp does not allow native integrations for review requests through third party platforms, which means we’re unable to offer a direct Yelp connection. That said, you can still add your Yelp page as a custom review link within TrueReview and include it in your requests if you’d like. We’re happy to guide you through setting that up.
