We are looking forward to using this software more frequently now that we have our SMS number assigned. Pros We are just getting started with TrueReview, but we see it's value for our business. It was easy to set-up and has the options we need to request reviews and manage responses. Cons Nothing that we've found yet. Simple user interface, quick way to add request contacts, and im getting more responses with True Review than a number of other "highly reputable" review apps out there, and for a fraction of the cost. I'm told integrations are coming which will only make things that much more automated. Pros Incredibly simple to use, highly effective, and has drastically increased our review count across the board. Cons There was nothing I didn't like about the software. I feel if your paying for year you should be able to have email as well as the text feature. Pros Easy to use for both the sender and reciever. Cons The starter package is limited to text only. I would of like email and text option in that package because I am a small business with less than 100 requests a month. We have a 54 step Zap setup to send review requests and automate the process, but that is not needed, just something extra we wanted to setup. Cons All growing softwares will have minor bugs, but once you notify support they are right on top of it. It doesnt take long to do and we have gotten more reviews than we have been prior for sure. Pros It is very user friendly and quick to use Cons I didnt link google correctly so our dashboard doesnt update-thats ok. We are very happy with response from our patients since we have been using Truereview. Pros Truereview offers simple platform to send SMS to our patient to give us review. Since we have been using Truereview, we have been getting lot of review from patients. Before we never received these many google reviews from our patients. Cons There are not really any cons however i would like to use Truereview for all my locations under same access. I also love how appealing the review request are that the customers see - it makes it way more likely to engage in it. Cons I wish there was more customization of the requests and that I could remove the TrueReview branding and include my company's.
