Great for employees out in the field to quickly imput just a phone number and have the customer receive a review link in seconds. Cons It's very hard to find a con with this software. The only features that would be a added plus but not required would be an app to send review requests and a review reply template. Reason for choosing TrueReview Cost was a determining factor at the time. Great software to grow with.
