Pros

Not only is it easy to build review request campaigns for customers across unique locations, but the reporting functionality helps me show growth and ROI to leadership.

Cons

I genuinely do not have a con to share about my experience with TrueReview. We made the switch from a competitor a few years ago due to their limited scalability and outrageous price increases. TrueReview not only has improved our visibility into our online reputation, but they have saved us money in our marketing budget.

Fantastic platform, service, and design! From setup to onboarding our sales team, the entire TrueReview experience has been a breeze!

Pros

Where have you been all my life?! TrueReview has been a seamless transition and upgrade from our previous review gathering platform. The value for our company with over 20 branches has proven itself in efficiency, customer response, and especially in customer support! Any question was answered quickly by team members- and our new account was up and running in a fraction of the time we estimated. We've implemented the API to post reviews to our website- also seamless. We are thrilled with this feature-rich, budget friendly review platform!

Cons

There is not a single issue we've encountered that would lower our opinion of the TrueReview platform.

Their care team is super good; they hop on a call anytime I have any questions or needs. They really thought the system out, and I appreciate it a lot.

Pros

True Review is the perfect solution for my company and is super affordable. We are using it across multiple locations and companies. The ability to email and text has been incredibly valuable.

Cons

The Zapier integrations have been iffy. We linked our QBO, but sometimes the phone number appears, and sometimes it does not, which means no text goes out.

Regarding the phone number issue, we took a closer look and the inconsistency is occurring on the QuickBooks side, where the phone number is not always present in the data being sent. When the number is included in QuickBooks, Zapier and TrueReview process it correctly and the text is sent without issue. If the number is missing upstream, no SMS can be triggered. Overall, our experience with TrueReview has been outstanding. The platform has been incredibly effective at helping generate more positive reviews while also creating a smoother feedback process for our customers. One of the biggest advantages is that it gives businesses the opportunity to address any concerns privately before they turn into public reviews. This allows us to proactively resolve issues, improve the customer experience, and demonstrate that we genuinely care about feedback. Instead of reacting after the fact, we are able to engage, respond, and make things right in real time. I have implemented TrueReview for three different clients, and each one has seen meaningful improvements in both their online reputation and customer satisfaction. They consistently mention how easy the system is to use and how much value it adds to their overall customer communication strategy. I would absolutely recommend it to any business looking to strengthen their online presence and build stronger relationships with their clients.

Pros

I like the UI and the text and email feature that clients get after their service. It helps us manage client retention and customer satisfaction scores.

Cons

The setup was difficult, and we had to use Zapier as well to achieve the end-to-end setup we expected for customer outreach and workflow.

Overall, it has been a great tool for our business, and we would definitely recommend it to other small businesses looking for an efficient and streamlined way to manage and grow their online reviews.

Pros

As a small business, finding efficient ways to manage our time and grow our online presence is incredibly important. True Review has made the process of obtaining client reviews so much easier by automating what used to be a very manual task for our team through mass text messaging and emails. The automation has been extremely effective and has helped us gather feedback from our clients without adding extra administrative work to our day. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the number of reviews we receive since implementing it. The interface is user-friendly, and everything is organized in a way that makes it simple to set up campaigns, monitor results, and manage reviews.

Cons

One improvement we would love to see is a different way of organizing requests after they are sent out. While the existing filters are a nice feature, it would be very helpful to organize requests by the date of a specific campaign and then quickly narrow the list down to contacts who did not leave a review. That functionality would make follow-up campaigns much easier to manage.

When applying the date filter, use the AND condition along with the interaction filters to identify contacts who did not interact with the requests during that specific time period. TrueReview is effective in boosting positive reviews. It gives businesses the opportunity to address any concerns a customer may have without being penalized or finding out through a public review first. This allows for proactive mitigation and customer service remediation to make things right. I have implemented this for three different clients, and all of them have appreciated the value it has delivered.

Pros

The support to set up the solution and integrate it was GBP was excellent. Both the sales rep and support were with me every step of the way to fully implement the solution.

Cons

Using Zip Alerts is another integration point that could fail, so TrueReview relies on the workflow portion via a third party.

Great value and product for your money. Everything under one website is always a must for me. It combines everything under one platform.

Pros

True Review is user friendly and easy to navigate. It offers email and text messaging. There are various features that allow you to show your style for your business.

Cons

I wish Yelp app was available to connect. Hopefully soon it will be added as an option. Besides that I love it.

Pros

TrueReview was easy to set up and allows multiple campaigns with the premium package that way you can create campaigns per specific client experience.

Cons

So far there is nothing I do not like about TrueReview. Since using their service, I have obtain 25 new 5 star reviews.

Pros

Excellent. Customer service is awesome. I had a billing issue, that I created, and they fixed it withing 10 minutes.

Pros

The review software is very easy to use. My client was happy that we go them more reviews from 50 requests than they got in 5 years.

Cons

Setting up SMS was a little harder, but that was my issue as I did not have the time t set it up. I will go back and do it.
