Pros The initial implementation process was well managed by Cintra and all (tight) deadlines were met. We aren't Payroll experts and now have a couple of Cintra employees who know us, our business and our people and so there is good understanding of what we need and when. We now feel comfortable in asking for help and flagging issues and the responses we get are more helpful. Turnaround times have definitely improved from submitting payroll requests to getting them ready to approve - we're down to just over a day now which helps us manage workflows our side. The system works ! We never express our gratitude that it is nice to have a system where folk are paid efficiently using BACS, on time, where folk can access their own portals etc - we get hardly any complaints about the Cintra "infrastructure" and so we end up taking it for granted when we shouldn't. So thank you for providing your service. Cons We'd like the Cintra processors to have a sanity check on some of the calculations as some overtime calculations are clearly wrong (usually our fault!) but would be good to have someone point out our issues. Switched from [Sage Payroll](https://www.capterra.com/p/215768/Sage-Business-Cloud-Payroll/) The in-house administrator resigned and we didn't want to replace them as payroll wasn't a full time role for us. The Cintra Cloud system is great, and we have an outsourced payroll team who handles everything for us. All I have to do is input any changes on my side (joiners, leavers, pay etc.), and our dedicated team ensures that everything is processed correctly and in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Another aspect I appreciate is that the development team are always looking for ways to improve the system. Pros The Cintra Cloud system is extremely easy to understand and navigate. Inputting payroll changes on my side, with the system doing the necessary recalculations and always being up-to-date, is a game changer! Cons There are no particular cons that come to mind. Very pro active and quick to reply, and great at taking away my unease at being new to the UK payroll business.
