I would be able better see where money could be cut and where there were wasteful activities that were taking place. Cons It was not very accurate when predicting future expense levels especially when new, huge instances were initiated and may need modification before coming up with more precise quarterly expense forecasts. Cons Functional problem that I encountered was with the scheduled reports in which some of the reports are delayed in arriving even though it was set for a certain time, thus affecting some of my important finance meetings.
