No phone number to contact for backup support. Pros Relatively cheap for what it does. Was supposed to integrate Time and Attendance with Payroll and have added HR modules. Cons Unable to implement in the agreed timeframe. Still unable to go-live after 9 months so ditched the implementation and went elsewhere. I love the reporting centre, and the date driven nature means I can track all changes over time. Cons Would love the option for a separate approver for leave requests and timesheets. Our business has different approvers for timesheets to those who approve leave, so we've had to allocate all approvals to one person (timesheet approver), and continue with our manual leave request process. Pharmacist Pharmaceuticals Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Really bad" March 20, 2024 2.0 Negative experience, for something that should be so simple, I found it incredibly time consuming and difficult to use adding to our already busy workload! Pros Picture recognition for staff sign in was cool. It has a lot of potential Cons Lots, it was incredibly hard to set up a simple roster using their program If someone missed a sign in or sign out it was really hard to edit to their correct hours When adding annual leave it kept doubling up on their hours, example, I would add 7.5 hours annual leave and it would appear on Definitiv as 15 hours Hard to edit timesheets and rosters Switched from [Wageloch](https://www.capterra.com/p/196911/WageLoch/) Head office decided it had better data so we trialed it but ended up going back to Wageloch Review Source ML Michelle L. " November 13, 2023 3.0 Very disappointed. Would like to talk to someone in Senior Management to try and get the outstanding issues resolved. We have been trying to get these issues resolved since go-live over a year ago. Pros The system itself is quite easy to use however has not been developed correctly. Cons Can not get anyone to correct issues with system. Management show interest in helping for a short period and then just disappear - literally don't respond. Still have issues from go live that are not being resolved. Award set up errors that are not being resolved. This should only occur on very rare or catastrophic occasions in a production environment, but can be done at any time in a test environment. As this is done in the code of the product, it has been segregated for a purpose, with the responsibility held within the technical expertise of the business.
