Die Möglichkeit, Materialien individuell anzupassen und zu teilen, hat meine Schulungen erheblich vereinfacht. Zudem ist die Plattform regelmäßig aktualisiert, was bedeutet, dass ich immer Zugang zu den neuesten Inhalten und Funktionen habe.

Pros

Ich habe Reteach nun seit einigen Monaten in Gebrauch und bin absolut begeistert von den Möglichkeiten, die es bietet! Das Programm ist benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv gestaltet, was den Einstieg sehr erleichtert. Besonders schätze ich die umfangreichen Funktionen zur Unterstützung von Lehr- und Lernprozessen.

Technische Probleme: Wie bei vielen Online-Plattformen können gelegentlich technische Schwierigkeiten auftreten, wie z. B. Ladezeiten oder Verbindungsprobleme, die den Unterrichtsfluss stören können.

With reteach, we have changed our entire software onbording process to eLearning combined with personal live sessions. This ensures that our customers' software administrators receive a thorough training and allows them to discuss all their questions and individual challenges with our expert consultants. At the same time, it makes the onboarding process very time-efficient for our team of consultants because all the training for the basic functions is done by the course participants themselves - however it fits their schedule and learning speed. All in all, it's a win-win for everyone and reteach has made it easy for us to set up our optimal software onboarding system.

Pros

reteach is easy to set up, adminstrate, and use. We use it for our software onboarding and we appreciate the range of available lesson types (text, video, iframe integration, tasks, and quizzes) which makes our courses fun and allows us to provide a variety of learning materials. Upon course completion, each participant automatically receives a personalized certificate. Through Zapier, we have connected reteach to our Salesforce system which helps us keep our processes lean and provides a central overview of all ongoing onboarding projects. Also, thank you to the reteach support team, they are always quick, helpful, and friendly - we feel very appreciated as a customer.

Cons

I don't have anything in particular to criticize. There are a couple of nice-to-have functions I'd love to have in the future, such as more detailed analytics and reports that could give us a clearer view of course participant behavior and possible challenges. And maybe a function that automatically sends a personalized eMail once a course participant has completed a certain lesson or course chapter. But these are really just feature wishes, not something that detracts from our overall satisfaction with reteach in any way.

Die Plattform kommt angenehm kompakt, professionell und niederschwellig für den Admin und Anwender rüber. Freundliche, unaufdringliche Benutzeroberfläche ohne Schnickschnack. Ich fühle mich wohl damit.

Pros

Bei dieser Softwarelösung kann man sofort einsteigen und schrittweise ausprobieren, auch wenn man nicht aus der IT-Welt kommt. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr gute, persönliche Support. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man mit seinem Anliegen irgendwo in einer Warteschleife hängt, sondern das Beratungsteam meldet sich sehr schnell, wenn man Fragen hat. Die angegebene Wartezeit von 30 Minuten wird sogar meist unterboten. Das ist schon klasse. Und: Der Support hat viel Geduld, auch mit Leuten, die keine Digital Natives sind.

Cons

Das werde ich im Laufe der weiteren Praxis evtl. noch feststellen, aber noch ist mir nichts Negatives aufgefallen. Klar, dass nicht alles selbsterklärend sein kann, aber dafür kann man in das Hilfe-Center schauen oder anfragen.

Pros

Zum einen ist es für von der Bedienung sehr einfach, wodurch auch unerfahrene Anwender sich schnell zurecht finden. Selbiges gilt auch für das erstellen von Schulungen / Kurse. Die Integration / Anbindung an HR-Software (Usermanagement) funktioniert genial einfach. Damit ist der Administrationsaufwand unglaublich gering. Dazu können Kurse von Drittanbietern gekauft werden, was einfach ist und zudem auch preislich absolut ok.

Cons

Die Reporte sind noch optimierungsbedürftig, dafür ist die Anbindung via REST-API einfach, da die Formate einfach aufgebaut und auswertbar sind.

Preis - Leistung hervorragend. Alles sehr intuitiv, der FAQ Bereich ist sehr hilfreich und wenn man mal nicht weiter weiß, ist immer jemand über die Chatfunktion da und hilft schnell uns sehr gut weiter.

Pros

Einfach Bedienung, sehr übersichtlich, erstklassiger Support (schnell, effizient)

Cons

für uns gibt es keine Nachteile. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden.
