March 7, 2022 5.0 It is very convenient, very intuitive and I use it to transfer files even to friends' devices with android smartphones. Pros I love this software very much ! Transfer photos, videos and documents easily and in a few clicks. Send AnyWhere is available for any type of operating system. I have installed it on my iPhone, iPad, Mac and business laptop with Windows. When you send the files, a 6-digit code is generated which is a key to perform the download on another device with maximum security. Cons To work optimally it needs a fast internet connection, even if it works great with the 4G network. Files don't always transfer from one device to another in one go. You must wait for the total transfer of the files before closing the two transfer apps on the devices, otherwise everything crashes and you have to repeat the procedure. Review Source EH Emilie H. September 6, 2025 5.0 Pros Send Anywhere it's a good platform for file sharing no matter the size of it. You can also send several files in just one mail/link, and since the first time using the webpage it is easy to use. I haven't use it for this, but I know you can cloud storage your files, which is a very good feature too. And the best thing is that everything is for free! Cons I actually really like this platform to the point I have recommend it to everyone around me, but maybe it could have a better design? Not sure what I could dislike about it. I would and have suggested this app to friends. Pros I love being able to send people different kinds of large files without relying on google drive. Cons There's a short window of time where you can get your friend or associate to download the file. I've missed this window more than once, and it's a hassle to repeat. Pros Offers exception quality files transfer without altering the file format, size or quality. I am always assured that the recipient receives the file as sent. I am not certain about the Send Anywhere end to end encryption and have not had the confidence to send what I would consider as sensitive files but I like the feature whereby the share code lasts only for 10 minutes before expiring. This offers some security since that code cannot be accessed by unintended persons later. Cons I am not sure about end to end encryption but it does what it is supposed to do and probably that can help boost the confidence that end to end encryption is also as good as advertised. I actually mentioned this to our IT if they'd consider this. Pros It can share a large file easily, such as some video clips that emails can't handle, which was the main reason we searched an app to do. Cons It got a bit confusing at first to use and navigate, probably my own problem. July 31, 2021 4.0 When I need to send some files, photos, music, videos to my friends, I use Send Anywhere software to do that. You can transfer files from a phone to a PC or vice versa, you just need an internet connection!!! Pros The software has a beautiful and simple user interface, that's why it caught my eye. I REALLY LOVE the fact you can just choose the file that you want to send and after that, the software gives you a code to share with someone so they can download what you choose to send. Simple and CORDLESS! Cons Sometimes when you decide to send bigger files it can sometimes fail to send.. but I can guarantee that you can even send these kind of files, but expect that problem. There are other alternatives as well but I recommend to use Send Anywhere. Pros I had used this software before but it was so slow but now it seems so fast and easy to send data.
