Aisle Planner is adequate for planning, but my experience was negatively impacted by a payment issue caused by the platform. Customer service dismissed the case without investigating, which reflects poorly on the company’s responsiveness and customer care. Pros The planning tools get the job done and cover the basics needed to organize a wedding event. While they may not be as robust as other project management platforms, they’re functional and for standard planning needs. Cons I had a payment issue. When entering my bank details (twice for verification), the platform truncated the last digit, causing the ACH payment to fail and triggering a $50 fee. The system also timed out when attempted the second time. I contacted both the company and FullStream (payment fulfillment company), but they dismissed the issue without investigating, said the fee still applies, and closed the case. Pros This is your one stop shop for your event planning needs!! It has everything you need. Checklist, budget, layout, contacts, etc. Cons Emailing feature needs to be updated ASAP.
